Improvement of road Degree College-Arampora Road

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and lead upto 1 km (by mechanical means).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53mm to 0.075mm) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site for all leads and lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver and manually. Finished sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer In-charge.(in patches and Stretches)

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of 80/100 incl. heating the bitumen and spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface to remove dirt , dust, mud, etc and finally booming the surface as per required specification incl. cost of bitumen on WBM surface @ 0.75kgs/sqm ( WBM Surface @0.75 kg/sqm)

on BT surface @ 0.50kg/sqm

Providing / Laying of 50mm thick premix Bituminous Macadam base course with stone aggregate of quality size & grading as specified in CPWD specifications & straight run bitumen of VG-10 grade @ 3.3% by weight of total mix including hot mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting and laying mixed material with paver/manually finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with road roller of 08 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the required compaction and density (50mm compacted thickness complete) inluding cost & carriage of all materials involved from source upto site of work complete.(in patches and Stretches)

P/L of 25 mm thick compacted semidense bitumenious surface using crushed aggregate satisfying the gradation set out in MOST specifications with 5% binder content (by weight of total mix) bitumen of VG-10 grade @ 2.88 kgs/sqm with the aid of hot mix plant and paver/manually finisher including rolling with 8 to 10 tonnee capacity road roller to achieve the required compaction and density [with bitumen VG-10 grade(crushed)] incl. rolling and finishing complete and incl. cost and carriage of all materials involved from source upto site of work complete.(in patches and Stretches)

P/L of 6 mm thick compacted seal coat of premixed fine aggregate (passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve, with bitumen 128 Kg of bitumen of VG-10 grade per cubic meter of fine aggregate (0.768 kg. of bitumen per square meter) and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate /100 sqm of road surface incl. rolling and finishing complete as per MOST specifications incl. cost and carriage of all materials involved from source upto site of work complete.

Supply, stacking , & laying, compacting of WBM Grade II graded stone aggregates 65mm - 45mm specifications including screening , moorum/ dust and watering , consolidation with PRRoller of 8-10 Tonne capacity incl carriage complete job.
