M & L for cleaning RCC Ground level reservoirs/ Hill top reservoir at Amdalli of following capacities including mouths of connected pipes etc by dewatering the reservoirs by using a portable pumpset of suitable capacity, removing all sludge/mud/dirt etc manually, pouring fresh water in sump through another pumpset, rinsing and dewatering the sumps including removing sludge/dirt particle manually, wash the sump using fresh water mixed with sodium hypochlorite & drain out water by a pumpset and finally applying one coat of antibacterial sodium hypochlorite solution to inner surface & writing details of cleaning in prescribed format complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning RCC underground sumps/ground level reservoirs/ Hill top reservoir at Amdalli of following capacities including mouths of connected pipes etc by dewatering the reservoirs by using a portable pumpset of suitable capacity, removing all sludge/mud/dirt etc manually, pouring fresh water in sump through another pumpset, rinsing and dewatering the sumps including removing sludge/dirt particle manually, wash the sump using fresh water mixed with sodium hypochlorite & drain out water by a pumpset and finally applying one coat of antibacterial sodium hypochlorite solution to inner surface & incliding cost of writing letters as "Tank cleaned on (_____Date)" using synthetic enamel paint out side the wall of RCC water tanks in prescribed format complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for taking down, dismantling of electric motor of following capacity of any make three phase 415 volts and transporting to workshop, opening the motor, cutting /removing the existing burnt winding and rewinding using super enamelled coppr wire of suitable gauge to match with the existing winding including varnishing & drying and reassmbling the motor, connecting with pumpset with proper alignment and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for overhauling of centrifugal pump sets/ vertical turbine pumps 3 phase, 415 V of following capacities by opening up the pumpset, cleaning inside and outside throughly including replacement of gland packing, rubber insertion, replacement of bearings - 02 Nos (DE/NDE) and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning the dual filters of capacity - 200 Cum/Hr by opening up the inspection covers, removing the existing filter media, cleaning thoroughly & refilling the same & topping up the deficient media with granular fine pebbles of required quantity & fixing back the covers including replacement of existing unserviceable rubber gasket all as directed. Note : Labour rates for toping of filter media shall be deemed included in qouted rate. Rates of filter media required for topping up shall be measured and paid under relavent item of this schedule.

Supply only granular fine pebbles suitable for filter media of pressure sand water filters installed at Amdalli pump house, granular fine pebbles should be free from all types of salts, alkaline materials, minerals, silts, impurities etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only quartz coarse sand suitable for filter media of pressure sand water filters installed at Amdalli pump house, quartz coarse sand should be free from all types of salts, alkaline materials, minerals, silts, impurities etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing painted surfaces of pressure sand filters, air compressors, motor, pump, water pipe lines etc at water supply installation located at Amdalli/Little Binaga and filling of cavities etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint using spray gun/machine as per colour code including writing SM & MES No on pump & motor, indication marking etc all as specified and directed.

Supply & filling in replacement engine oil grade 15W-40 for routine maintanance and topping up complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs cast iron sluice valve of size 100 mm flanged PN-1.6 ISI conforming to IS:14846 hand wheel operated, stainless steel stem with gun metal parts flanged driller conforming to IS: 1538 non rising stem PN-1.6 all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 10 herein above but size 150 mm dia.

S & F in repairs new battery of 12 Volts 180AH all as specified and as directed.

Dismanting and taking out carefully defective spindle from sluice valve of size 80 mm dia and removing the old gate stud by grinding and making it to a shape by brass welding and turning & polishing, greasing, servicing as per original gate stud and refixing the same at position and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Opening the LT Panel board cubical type for pump sets located in pump house, cleaning the bus duct chamber, inspect the complete panel, tighten the all nut, bolts of incoming, outgoing ACBs/MCCB s/ SFU/Change over of different capacity and heating up for removal of moisture, record its IR value with the help of 1.1KV megger and applying thick coating of Z931 strippex B and Z 955 Strippex (SL) of stanac product for preventing from flush over and fire hazard, including replacement of 3mm thick gasket, closing of all holes complete all as directed. Note : The quoted rates deemed to be included the nut & bolts, washer and minor items required for smooth functioning of panel board

Dismentling and taking out of Diesel Engine 156 HP, Make- Kirlosker installed at Fire Pump House NAD/MTP and transporting to authorised workshop and carry out complete repairing/overhauling with replacement of unserviceable parts like gasket/packing materials, fuel filter, air filter, calibration of pump and engine oil etc including carring out the following maintenance/works and install back after overhauling to same site including testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge :-

(a) Opening, cleaning of cylinder block by using diesel throughly and refixing the same after lubricating..

(b) Opening, cleaning of crank case by using diesel throughly and refixing the same after lubricating.

(c) Opening, cleaning of piston and piston block by using diesel throughly and refixing the same after lubricating.

(d) Opening, cleaning of Gajan Pin by using diesel throughly and refixing the same after lubricating.

(e) Opening, cleaning of Compression Ring & Oil Ring by using diesel throughly and refixing/setting the same after lubricating.

(f) Opening, cleaning of Cylinder Head, Inlet Valve & Outlet Valve by using diesel throughly and refixing/setting the same after lubricating.

(g) Opening, cleaning of Push Rod & Rocker Arm assembly by using diesel throughly and refixing/setting the same after lubricating.

(h) Opening, cleaning of Valve tappet by using diesel throughly and refixing/setting the same after lubricating.

(j) Setting of timing

(k) Opening, cleaning of fuel tank internally by using diesel throughly and refixing the same.

(l) If any defects found within one year after carrying out the overhauling/servicing, contractor will be responsible to rectify the defects without any extra cost.

Dismentling and taking out defective/unserviceable pump capacity 30 HP installed at fire pump house NAD/MTP and installation new pump of capacity 30 HP, 30 mtr head, 2945 RPM, size - 40x65 mm, discharge - 30 Cum/Hrs, Head- 88 mtr, Pump Input - 15.80 KW, CI casing/body and CI impeller with all accessories suitable for coupling with existing 30 HP motor as per site requirement including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make - Kirloskar Brothers Ltd. Note :- Old pump will be deposited to MES Store.

Supply and fix in repairs contactor 38 Amps, 3 Pole suitable for switching electrical power circuit as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : L& T/Schneider or equivalent
