Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specificatons and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specificatons anddirections of Engineer-in-Charge.50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 3.50% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity.

Providing and constructing masonry walls with precast solid concrete Block (having individual block compresive strength not less than 3.2 N/sq.mm) in C.M. 1:6 (1cement:6coarse sand) including striking joints on unexposed faces, racking out joints on exposed faces, watering, curing and scaffolding wherever required etc. complete as per the specification and directions of Engineer Incharge. Crushing of stone bolders of 75 mm size or more in an integrated stone crushing unit of 200 tones per hour capacity with arrangement of noise and dust adoptor comprising of primary and secondary crushing unit, belt converyor and vibrating screens to obtain stone aggregate of 75 mm nominal size and transporting the same materials deposited from crushing unit to site with a lead of 5km.
