Taking up or down Galvanised steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing, bore of tubing 15mm.

Taking up or down Galvanised steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing, bore of tubing 20mm.

Supply and fix galvanized steel tubing, 15 mm bore medium grade all fittings and short tube pieces, fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors compsite fitting such as (Nipple, Elbow, Tee, Socket, Reducer, Bushing, Step over bends, End cap, End Plugs etccomplete all as directed.

M & L for cleaning of building service tanks PVC exc 250 liters but n exc 500 ltrs capacity situated at various places through machenical tank cleaning process by involving the following five (5) stages of cleaning process shall be carried out as given below :- (a) De-watering PVC tank through was out pipe completely. (b) Total removal of sludges by suction pumps completely. (c) Cleaning of walls, ceiling and floor by high pressure jet of 80-180 bar pressure & inspecting for craks if any completely.(d) Removal of addl sludge by industrial vacuum pump completely. (e) Antibacterial treatment of inside of tank to make it completer bacteria free and completely. Note :- 1. The entire work should be carried out ty TANKCLEAN process by any franceised or M/S TANKCLEAN (Pvt) Ltd or any other MES approved firm having equivalent technology. 2 Entire T & P should be arranged by the contractor at their own. Only electric power & water shall be supplied by MES at stipulated rate.

All as per above item No 5 here-in-before but PVC tank capacity exc 500 liters and not exc1000 ltrs.

S & F in repair 250 liters rotaional moulded polyethylene water storage tank, double layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top cover) as per IS-12701-1996, hoisted and fixed in position including necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc, cimplete as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as directed by Engr -in-charge.

S & F in repair for rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 1000 lts capacity, double layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and nipple fixed in position, with 20 mm dia brass float valve and polyethylene ball including taking out existing unserviceable overhead tank of any description.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class B bricks of old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in half brick walls, in CM 1:4 compolete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.

M & L for coloured ceremic tiles of size 600 x 600 x 9-10mm thick as in floor over 15mm thick screed bed 1:6 in cement mortar, set and jointed in white cement with pigment to match all as specified and directed.

M & L ceremic tiles coloured of size 600 x 100 mm x 9-10 mm thick on vertical surfaces as in skirting etc over 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4, set and jointed in white cement with pigment to match all as specified and directed .

M & L for glazed ceramic tiles of size 300x600x7-8mm thick in vertical surfaces of wall set and jointed in neat cement slurry as per manufacturers instructions and pointed in white/ coloured cement, laid over and including cement screed bed 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified.
