REPAIR / REPLACEMENT TO SUBMERSIBLE PUMP SET OF 25 HP AT EBS BABUGARH OF GE(NORTH) MEERUT
The following job work is required urgently to be carry out through trade,the necessary action may please be taken at the earliest. ( 1 ) Disconnecting of Submersible pump set 25 HP ,lifting from Borewell & shifting to the workshop for repair /replacement of U/S parts . 01 Each Job ( 2 ) Dismantalling , opening of motor & taking out unserviceable parts ,cutting of burnt winding wires & cleaning it properly .- 01 Each Job ( 3 ) Rewinding of motor ,Insulating,Tapping & jointing including fixing of Motor base CI ,CI flange with studs carbon thrust plate , upper & lower bush for rotar, Flange lock nut, Rotar shaft bush & flange stud with bolts . 01 Each Job ( 4 ) Opening of pump removing of unserviceable parts by replacement of SS distance bush ,NRV,GM Impeller, Pump shaft, GM neck ring etc. 01 Each Job ( 5 ) Repair to impeller by Remetalling , Welding , turning & finishing :- 01 Each Job (6) Replacement of rotar assembly 01 Each Job (7) Replacement of old single phase preventor :- 03 Nos (8) Supply and connecting flat, water proof, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, 3 core, 10 Sqmm, 1100 volt grade, multistranded copper conductor, submersible cable and making normal connections through lugs/thimbles into starter panel -40RM (9)Taking out of old thrust bearing and Replacement of new thrust bearing complete, Make: SKF / NBC– 01 Each. (10)Contact set comprising of 03 Nos moving contacts & 06 Nos. fixed contacts suitable for Oil mimersed star- delta starter upto 25 HP fixed in repair-01 Each job (11) Lowering & fixing back the submersible pump set & making proper connection to it & testing . CH Head : 87/481/00 NOTE: - (a) Old retrieved materials shall be the property of the contractor. (b) Funds are available to meet the cost of work order. (c) Chargeable code head : 87/481/00 (d) Credit for old materials: 3400 /- (e) Approximate cost Rs :- 57000/-
