Removing of old Nylon Newer from GI Charpoy tightening of complete charpoy GI pipe and its parts such as loose check nut, elbow, long rails, short rail and legs etc, complete, all as directed and specified.
Removing of old unserviceable GI 3 way Elbow 32 mm bore from charpoy GI Pipe and Supply and fixing new elbow GI 32 mm (ISI marked) medium grade, complete, all as specified and directed.
Removing of old unserviceable check nut from charpoy GI pipe and Supply and fixing new check nut 32mm dia, (ISI Marked) medium grade of best quality, complete, all as specified and directed.
Removing of old unserviceable long rails from GI Charpoy and Supply and fixing new long rail of length 1950mm made out of 32mm dia GI pipe medium grade (ISI Marked) including threading on both sides, complete, all as specified and directed.
Removing of old unserviceable short rails from GI Charpoy and Supply and fixing new short rail of length 900mm made out of 32mm dia GI pipe medium grade (ISI Marked) including threading on both sides, complete, all as specified and directed.
Removing of old unserviceable leg from GI Charpoy and Supply and fixing new leg of length 440mm made out of 32mm dia GI pipe medium grade (ISI Marked) including threading on both sides, clamp for FMN Set shall be welded to pipe of leg and shall be of size as per drawing complete all as as specified and directed.
Making out short rails obtained from broken long rails from ser item no 04 above and both side thrading and fixing to the charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and shown on drawing including removing existing broken U/S short rails.
Making out legs obtained from broken GI pipe from ser item no 05 above and both side thrading and fixing to the charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and shown on drawing including removing existing broken U/S short rails.
Fixing only after repair by re-threading one side of existing loose long rail/short rail / leg of charpoy GI pipe 32 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
Supply and fixing with proper welding work mild steel plate of size 40mm dia x 3mm thick in the lower ends of legs and as per sample approved by GE complete all as specified and directed
Supply and fixing 12mm thick plywood top of size 1980mm x 900mm commercial BWR grade ISI marked conforming to IS-303 : 1989 (Third Revision), fixed with 10 Nos mild steel nut and bolts with washer, 6mm dia after drilling to charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fixing of stiffners with proper welding work mild steel plate of size 25mm sq pipe and 1.6mm wall thickness fixed to long rails parallel including 04 Nos cleat made out of MS FI strip of size 50mm x 25mm x 5mm welded with long rail. Each stiffener and welded surface shall be painted with metal primer after welding work complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fixing MS clamp each set (two Nos is one set) for FMN set shall be welded to pipe of each legs and size of clamp shall be as per drawing, Clamp shall be plugged with 3mm thick sheet, Each clamp shall be painted with black paint after welding work complete all as specified and directed.
