Removing mangalore tiles including all labour charges etc, complete

Best tiled roofing with Mangalore tiles, including including all labour charges etc, complete

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 20 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete for 10 Sqm

Painting two coats with oilbound distember of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat ,inculding through scrapping, clean removal of dirt etc. complete and inculding necessary plasterof paris , putty whereever required .

Painting two coats with approved exterior emulsion paint of first class quality paint over old surface and of approved colour over a priming coat ,inculding through scrapping, clean removal of dirt etc. complete and inculding necessary plasterof paris , putty whereever required .

Painting two coats new iron works such as doors , window,ventilators,window bars balustrades etc., with best approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coats etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Painting two coats with approved black oxide for old black board over cement plaster surface including cost and all labour charges etc. complete

Provision for New country wood reepers (50 x 25mm)

2) Renovation of Kitchen Shed at Panchayat Union Primary School at Puthukulam in Singikulam Panchayat

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix to 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Dismantling the existing pressed tiles and disposed away from site etc complete

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 20mm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound confirming to ISS by 2% weight of cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same water proofing compound mixed with cement mortar, red oxide etc., complete.

Distempering two coats with approved Distemper over one coat of primaring coat of cement paint cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including cleaning, preparing the surface, curing, scaffolding charges etc., complete, complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint with one coat of primaring coat of cement paint over cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including cleaning, preparing the surface, curing, scaffolding etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats with ready mixed paint for Old iron work including cost of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Providing and fixing of PVC rain water down fall pipe 110mm dia with necessary TW Clamps, Plug, Shoes, Bend, Screws, nails etc., complete

Supply and delivery of 32mm PVC pipe

Earthwork excavation in all classes of soil with intial lead and lift for narrow cutting etc, complete.

Refilling with excavated soil complying with standard specification in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated after the pipes and specials are laid and tested

Laying and Jointing of 32mm PVC Pipe
