Design, supply and errect Pre -engineered bldg steel structure for " BADMINTON COURTS" of Internal size 21x21mtr, hgt=9.5m(Ridge height at center) and 9.0 m at both ends from FFL with Alu -zinc coating colour profiled sheet roofing sheets 0.50mm thick and yield strength of 550 Mpa in wall cladding and roofing including FLOORING , RCC foundation with plinth upto FFL,anchor bolts, base plates, and all structural steel items, rain water gutters with down take pipe , entry and exit doors, turbo air ventilators( 8 Nos) and Noise proof exhaust fans with suitable canopy (6 Nos) , pre construction ATT , plinth protection all around , steps in front of entry and exit doors etc complete all as specified and as directed by GE. Note : 1. Flooring specifications: (a)Supply & Installation of BADMINTON WORLD FEDERATION (BWF) approved Wooden Sport flooring system " AIRFLEX SMASH " that should be compliance with the Area elastic with total thickness of 75 mm comprising of 20mm Top solid have a wood followed by 45 mm pine runner and 10mm Power Rubber Pad. Product top finish to have square Edge & UV Prefinished with Back Side Coating (Polished used of Klumpps from Germany which is sweat and saliva resistance according to DIN 53160-1/2) to have higher polish life. The wooden flooring should have Eco-friendly manufacturing process with 100% sustainable and manageable plantation resource with raw material. The product should have been produced through kilned and dried technology to maintained suitable moisture content. The top wood should necessarily be sourced from 100% sustainable resource and should have with prefinished including sanding & polishing.

(b)Structure of system should be 10mm thick rubber pad, 45mm thick pine runner with the width of 70mm, followed by the 20mm top flooring, Top wood plank sizes should be 20mm thick, 130 mm Wide and 1830 mm length. Runners to be placed at a distance of 305 mm C/C. (c)Entire system should follow norms with the EN 14904(06/2006) and technical parameters for the product should have friction of 95 according to EN 13036-4, Shock absorption of 45% according to EN 14808, Vertical deformation should be 1.8mm according to EN 14809 and Vertical ball rebound should be 99% according to EN 12235. (d) Flooring including subbase (as specified by OEM of wooden flooring) will be carried out in entire internal area. (e) Marking of two badminton courts is to be carried out as per BWF standards as directed by GE.

2. Entry and Exit door: (a) Two tier door system is to be provided. Outside door of size (2 m x 2.1 m) shall be monolithic with PEB structure and Inside door of size (2 m x 2.1 m) will be 12 mm toughened glass door with floor spring and locking arrangement 3. Canopy with suitable slope and projection is to be provided in all the openings of PEB structure 4. A copy of line diagram showing the size of PEB structure with height, entrance and exit door, location of courts, turbo air ventilators (8 Nos) and Noise proof exhaust fans (6 Nos) etc for reference is enclosed”.

Supply and fix LED Lights fitting 1 X 22 W, 220 V , LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible AC decorative box type with driver, holder including copper conductor cable sutable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED light fitting mirror type with decorative type with driver holder and LED lamp high out put diffuser 2 feet, 10 watt 220 V AC including connecting up with three core flexible cable of suitable size copmlete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED Flood light 120 watt 230V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP 66 protection , with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp copmlete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED street light 36 Watt IP-65 230 V AC out door type with high pressure die cast aluminium hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65 protection copmlete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure powder coated , MCCB DB, 'G' frame TPN vertical double door , 4 way MCCB, as incomer bus bar, neutral links , blanking plate etc, all as specified and directed by Engineer- In- Charge.

Supply and fixing factory made powder coated distribution board SPN 8way, double door including bus bar, Neutral bar, standard DIN rail , earth bar copmlete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 3 pole MCCB 40A , 50HZ, 415 V with 25 KA copmlete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Triple pole neutral MCB 63 Amp, 415 v , 50 Hz AC suitable for 'B' curve , 10KA breaking capacity complete conforming to IS 8828 of 1996 copmlete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix single pole MCB 6 to 32 Amps , 240 V, 50 HZ AC suitable for 'C' cure , 10 KA breaking capacity conforming to IS 8828 of 1996complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCB SPN 32 Amps , 240 V, 50 HZ AC suitable for 'C' cure , 10 KA breaking capacity conforming to IS 8828 of 1996complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick buried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below ground level connected with GI earth strip 32mmx6mm from earth plate to body of the eqpt/ LT panel by means of GI bolts, nuts, etc and protected by GI pipe light grade 40mm bore and 20 mm dia GI tubing light grade with funnel for watering, connecting to test point, all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I incl necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil, PCC earth chamber with RCC cover slab, salt, charcoal and MS hook, ane provn of test point complete. NOTE : GI strip upto 7.5 Mtrs shall be included in quoted rates and beyond 7.5 mtrs shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply installation commissioning of water cooler fully stainless steel electric driven single phase having approx storage and nominal capacity 40/80 complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 150 V to 285 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of +_2.5% and capcity 2 KVA

Supply and fix single pole neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.
