RENEWAL/MAINT OF BED HARD FD/CHARPOY GI WITH PLY WOOD, BED HARD MAP AND CHARPOY MAP FURNITURE UNDER GE (E) AGRA

Taking out U/S ply top from GI charpoy and S&F 12mm thick BWR grade plywood on the top of charpoy GI pipe including 6mm round head nuts and bolts 12 Nos, L type bracket with holes for fixing plywood made of 35mm x 5mm flat iron,75mm long made to shape welded in frame for fixing of plywood (04 Nos on each long rail and 02 Nos each on short rail) 02 Nos stiffener made of 35mm x 6mm flat iron 836mm long duly making 04 Nos holes complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. All iron items like stiffener & L type bracket should be paint two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide paint. 2. The 4 Nos legs shall be painted with aluminium paint superior quality and fixed with hard rubber shoes with steel washer inside after removing the existing wooden block rest all as directed. 3. Quoted rate shall be included all above and no extra payment shall be made.

S&F in replacement of u/s Elbow galvanized iron 32 mm dia 3 ways complete all as specified and directed. Note: weight of each elbow not less than 450 grams

S&F in replacement of u/s check nut galvanized iron 32 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- weight of each check nut not less than 125 grams

S&F in replacement of long rail of 32 mm dia galvanized iron pipe medium grade incl cutting threading at both ends complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only in repairs short rail of 32 mm dia GI pipe medium grade incl cutting, threading as required for short rail of GI Charpoy complete all as specified and directed. Note : Short rail shall be converted from long rail retrieved vide item No 1.04.

Fixing only in repairs legs of 32 mm dia GI Pipe medium grade cutting, threading at one end as required for legs as per existing size incl S&F 1.6 mm thick, 40 mm dia MS Sheet base plate welded on another end complete all as specified and directed. Note : Legs shall be converted from pipe retrieved vide item No 1.05 .

Repair and welding of loose joint (Headrest and footrest with main frame) incl welding on required portions of bed and removing of old/broken ply wood and supply and fix new commercial ply wood 12mm thick BWR type confirming to IS-303 as per existing shape and size. complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of UNSV particle board 18mm thick from the headrest and footrest and S&F new 18/19mm thick BWP grade plywood over which pasting of sunmica 0.80mm of shade approved by GE with suitable adhesive for both sides and screwed with MS strips including PVC edging (min thicknes 1.6mm) shall be provided all round in head and foot rest complete all as specified and directed
