SPECIAL REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF BER TRANSFROMER AND ALLIED WORKS AT AF STN BAMRAULI

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of transformer suitable for 500 KVA (Level-3) step down floor mounted outdoor/Indoor type 11/.433 KV, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC, IS: 1180-2014 (as per latest revision) ISI marked, double wound core type copper wound, oil immersed, air naturally cooled with external cooling tubes, transformer delta connection on HV side and star connected on LV side in accordance with vector symbol Dyn-11 (vector group 4) with neutral brought out on LV side with for earthing and having tapping on HV side for constant out put so as to alter/vary secondary voltage by (Tapping range + 10 % to - 10% in equal step of 1.25 % ) changed by means of manualy operated " on load" taps changing gear. The voltage regulation shall be as per IS including first fill of transformer oil as per IS-335 and including all fittings/accessories as specified in SSR Part-I . The limit of temprature rise after continuous full load run as specified shall be suitably adjusted to suite the maximum ambient temprature of 55 degree centigrade as prevalent at Bamrauli.The transformer shall be complete with the following fittings and accessories :-

(a) Oil conservator tank with fillings holes and cap filter type drain valve and oil level gauge (b) Silicagel breather with connecting pipe, first fill of dehydrating agent. (c) Explosion relief mounted on tank with double diaphram and equalizer pipe connected to conservator air tank (pressure release valve) (d) Air release valve plug (e) One cable box on LV side (Secondary) consisting of 04 Nos porcelain bushing with nuts, washers & bushing rods with 01 cable gland suitable for reception of taking out suitable size cable, including gland joint. (f) Explosive vent (g) 01 No 100 mm dial type thermometer vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree centigrade with max temp indicator and resetting device incl max reading pointer washer etc. (h) Thermometer pocket on tank cover (j) 04 Nos plain solid CI detachable rollers

(k) Two nos Earthing terminals marking plate. (l) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (m) Extra bushing for neutral outside the cable box brought out on LV side. (n) First filling of oil conforming to IS and tested upto 60 KV dielectric strenght. (o) Lifting lugs (p) Oil drain valve with plug (q) One cable box on HV side (Primary) consisting of 01 cable gland suitable for reception of taking in HT cable including gland joints. (r ) Hand hole of sufficient size to assess interior of tank (s) Dehydrating breather with first filling of Dehydrating agent (t) Two earthing of terminal on tank body to facilitate fixing of 32x6mm GI strip. (u) Rating plate with terminal marking plate (v) Inspection cover. (w) Extra bushing for neutral out side the LV side (x) PCC plateform shall be provided as per drg No CEAF/TD/EM/03, complete all as specified including XPM welded mesh fencing and doors including 75 x 40 mm channel. Note:- (i) Anything missed above but is required for efficient functioning of transformer is deemed to be included in the quoted rate (ii) Full load testing shall be done at factory permixes. This is included in above quoted rate.

Supply & laying cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) of size 95 Sqmm 3 core, 11000 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor using lugs bothe end of cable & wrapping PVC tape over XLPE insulation cable and testing complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in Charge.
