Providing cast - in situ reinforcement cement concrete of design mix grade M40 in accordance with IS 456 (Latest Edition) using coarse aggregate from mainland quarry, Mainland Crushed Stone Sand and 43 grade Ordinary portland cement, adding silica fume and approved plasticizer as per design mix in cast-in-situ for portion of footing, wall, beams, slabs etc. as indicated in the drawing and as directed by EIC etc, excluding cost of fabrication, fixing of reinforcement, centering and shuttering, but including cost of cement, stone chips, crushed stone sand (from Mainland Quarry), Silica fume and approved plasticizer , cost of all labour charges, mixing, conveying, placing, consolidation, screening , transportation charges of all materials to the Work Site, hire charges and running charges of batching plant, vibrator, consumables and all other equipments,GST, Labour welfare Cess, cost of minor tools etc. complete. (The design mix shall be provided by the contractor from the approved laboratory of Govt. of India)

Providing and laying design mix concrete of RCC M30 grade in accordance with IS 456 (Latest Edition) using coarse aggregate from mainland quarry, mainland crushed stone sand and 43 grade Ordinary portland cement, adding silica fume and approved plasticizer as per design mix in cast-in-situ for Screed (wearing coat) etc. as indicated in the drawing and as directed by EIC etc, including cost of cement, stone chips, crushed stone sand(Mainland Quarry), cost of all labour charges, mixing, conveying, placing, consolidation, screening ,transportation charges of all materials to the Work Site, hire charges and running charges of batching plant, vibrator, consumables and all other equipments,GST, Labour welfare Cess, cost of minor tools etc. complete. (The design mix shall be provided by the contractor from the approved laboratory of Govt. of India).

Supply, deliver and transportation of Steel Fe 500 D with a minimum yield strength of 500 N/mm2 and minimum elongation of 16% or equivalent confirming to IS 1786 with corrosion resistant element for Fabrication and fixing of reinforcement in superstructure works as per the directions of EIC, including cost of fabrication & fixing, cost of corrosion resistant deformed bars, all handling charges, cutting, bending, lapping, tying and welding in position wherever necessary with black 18 SWG annealed binding wire, all labour chargs, cost of binding wire, transportation charges for all materials to worksite, all T&P required for the work, GST, Labour welfare Cess and minor tools etc. complete.

Steel centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal of form for : Footing, wall, Beam, slab etc., so as to give a fair faced and smooth concrete surface, strutting and propping etc., as directed by the EIC, including cost of shuttering plate, bolt & nuts, props, all labour charges, cost of transportation charges of all materials to work site, GST, Labour welfare Cess and minor tools etc complete.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited lay by ramming and watering lead upto 50m, lift upto 1.5m.,including cost of all labour charges,cost of minor tools, GST, labour welfare cess etc complete.

Supplying and stacking of graded stone aggregate of approved Local Quarry including cost of stone aggregate, and stacking at worksite as directed by EIC, cost of all labour charges, GST, labour welfare cess , minor tools etc.complete.(90mm- 45mm size)
