Complete removal of existing treatment on wall(Internal/External) /roof projections including facis, cornics etc (Internal surfaces by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc) & (External surface by Jet washer) by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for providing and applying minimum 1mm thick water proof wall care putty over prepared surface and rubbing it with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) to achive the surface even and smooth for further application of finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium arcylic damp proof emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance , dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for applying Two or more coats of Acrylic distemper (ready Mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour over a coat primer complete, as per manufacturer's specification, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for preparation of old treated surfaces of ceiling and applying two coat of white wash, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for preparation of old treated steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthectic enamelled paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for preparation of old treated wood or wood based surface of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthectic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) including Taking down cement plaster on brick/block wall etc including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of plants/trees of girth n exe 30 cm from roof/sides, external walls of bldg, chajjas, wall junctions, junctions of rain watr/ CI soil/waste pipe junction including taking out the roots entered in wall/slab surfaces and making good the disturbed surface using PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 or cement mortar (1:2) including the GI/CI/PVs pipe joints which were damage during cutting/taking out process to matc with the existing and finishing the distrurbed surface match with existing including necessary scaffolding/staging upto a height of 15.00 m from the ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-(i) Any CI/AC/PVC pipes or pipe fitting damage duing the process of work shall be replaced by new one without any extra cost of the department. the decision of the GE on this regard shall be final and binding. (ii) The debris including vegetation plant/trees shall be disposed off to a distance exc 0.5 Km and n.exe 1.00 K M all as directed by engineer-in- charge. (iii) For deciding the girth of the plant/tree the height shall be taken at 30 cm above the slab/wall. (iv) The labour employed by the contractor for carrying out the work shall be provided with safety equipment and quoted shall be deemed to include the same.
