SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (E/M WORKS)

Taking down and dismantling of street light fittings of any type size and model and taking out of unserviceable spares / accessories for repair/replacement of the same including refixing of street light fittings of any size , type and model to existing pole, including necessary electric connection by providing PVC insulated and sheathed aluminium conductor cable of 2 single core of size 2.50 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) of length 5 metre (Approx) and testing complete all as specified and as directed.(NOTE : Supply only of unserviceable spares/accessories shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule ‘A’)

S&F lights made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED 25W and lens embedded cover including driver with IP65 protection and impact resistance of IK07 including all wiring connection as specified and as directed..(Make : HAVELL’S Cat No. ENDURAPEARLSL25WLED757SASYTOPC or equivalent make as specified.)

S&F lights made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED 80W and lens embedded including driver with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 with 10 kv built in surge protection device including all wiring connection as specified and as directed .(Make : HAVELL’S Cat No. ENDURAPEARLPLUSSL80WLED757SASYTOPC or equivalent make as specified)

S&F Post top lantern fitting,energy saving with symmetrical light distribution,spun aluminium landscape luminaire with high power LED 35W as light sourceor including all wiring connection as specified and as directed. (Make: Havell’s as per Cat No CORALPT35WLED757PSYMTOPC or equivalent make as specified ).

M&L for installation of post made of medium grade 50mm bore GI pipe of 3.0 mtr long (0.6 mtr below GL and 2.4 m above GL) for installation of Post top lantern including PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation after and including dismantling of existing unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC heavy duty pole junction box with front openable cover, fixing screws over all dimension 17.5 cm x 12.5 cm x 5 cm,fixed on GI Pipe post top lantern with suitable clamps and including taking down of existing unserviceable complete with bakelite 4 way connection &1 MCB for control including all as specified and as directed. (Make: Sintex SMC GSJB 2014 or equivalent make as specified ).

Supply and fabricating street light bracket made out of 40mm bore light grade GI pipe, 1.20m long, bent to required shape & reduced to required dia by providing suitable size GI reducer including providing two pairs of flat iron clamps, made out of 40 x 4mm size flat iron, 30cm long with necessary drilling holes with providing suitable size dia of mild steel bolts & nuts for holding the GI pipe bracket to steel tubular pole and painting the clamps with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including taking down old unserviceable existing one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing/laying 40mm bore, steel tubings, galvanised, medium grade with all fitting laid across road , in trenches or across PCC drain or along electric pole or floor/wall etc for protection of cable after and including taking up old unserviceable existing pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 metre wide and not exc. 1.5 metre in depth and getting out as in soft / loose soil complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in soft/loose soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and as directed

Removal of surplus excavated (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying dry coarse sand as in cushioning of under ground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23 cm (15 cm under the cable & 8 cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18 cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Consolidated thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying in trenches Bricks, sub class 'B' old size bricks of size 230x113x75mm, laid flat dry with width of the bricks laid to the axis of the cable for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Supply, Laying, jointing & testing 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured LT electric power under ground cables, heavy duty with aluminium stranded conductor laid in trenches or passing through pipe of cross sectional area 16 sqmm 4.00 core with all fixing & connecting accessories complete all as specified & as directed. Note:- (i) Earthwork & Excavation, GI pipe brick protection etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule. (ii) The rate quoted by the bidder shall deemed to be inclusive of the cost of aluminium thimbles/lugs of suitable sizes."

S&F LED outdoor driver for 20W including dismantling of existing unserviceable complete including all wiring connection as specified and as directed. (Make: crompton Cat Ref-SODVES-24-700-20W or equivalent make as specified ).

Supply and installation solar all-in-one smart solar street lighting 20W with built in mono crystalline solar panel with Li-ion/Li-FePo4 Battery 21AH,2400 lm lumens at full loadincluding all mounting accessories and fittings required for fixing on pole,wiring connection(Make-havells cat No-LHSTAKU7CBAF020 or equivalent make as specified)

Replacement of defective unserviceable solar light battery with 12V,75 AH smart solar battery deep cycle type which keep the battery running of performance & protect the cells for thousand of cycle complete all as specified and as directed . Make Exide model 6LMS75 or equivalent make as specified.
