Repairing of the following dia/models of storm water pump i/c dismantling of pump set from base frame by cutting of nut bolts of suction side and delivery side and holding of delivery line by dead flange and thrust support and suction line by holding with tripod arrangement i/c loading/unloading by skilled labour, to & fro cartage along with replacement of its parts/ accessories i/c gland plate/spilt gland, MS Lock nut with Lock washer, Keys of impeller & coupling, stud of Gland plate and all packing’s i/c oiling, greasing, replacement of required body studs & nuts, coupling tyre, required machining works for proper balancing of complete pump unit and minor repair works and dynamic balancing with existing motor i/c installation, testing and commissioning on full load etc. as required complete in all respects. (Make: Kirloskar) Having suction of 250 mm (Model no. MF 25/25)

Repairing of following rating Electrical Motor by rewinding, varnishing including dismentaling of motor from pump by heavy labour i/c loading , unloading, to and fro cartage , complete with repairing of connection plate,fan,fan cover and required balancing ,making connection,installation ,testing & commissioning on full load etc. as required complete in all respects.(old material will be retained by contractor). 40HP

Transporting the electrical motor pump set 40 HP capacity-1 Nos, 5 HP capacity-1 No and suction and delivery pipe 250 mm dia approx -8 Mtr ,75 mm dia-3 mtr, and header pipe -350 mm 6- mtr and connected accessories such as starter/ main switch etc, from IP pumping station to Jonapur pumping station.

Installation, testing & commisioningof 2 Nos. Electrical Motor Pump Sets-40 HP capacity-01 Nos and 5 HP capacity-1 No complete all as directed.

Fixing only MS pipe 250 MM dia -8 mtr, 350 MM dia -6 Mtr and 75 mm dia -3 mtr (note:-The material will be provided by department

Providing of 600mm sweep pedestrial Fan complete with blades, base plate, supporting rods, jaal workable on 220/240V ac supplyetc. As reqd.

Supply of XPLE insulated PVC sheathed AI. Conductor Armoured cable 1.1 KV conforming IS 7098 of following size. 4 core 70sq. MM

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/ METAL pipe as required. Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm (clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp)

Supply of XPLE insulated PVC sheathed AI. Conductor Armoured cable 1.1 KV conforming IS 7098 of following size. 3 core 25sq. MM

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/ METAL pipe as required. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size MS box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.Group A

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit as required

Supplying and fixing following piano type switch/ socket on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required.

Supply and fixing following rating, double pole, 240 volt, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connection, testing and commissioning etc, as required. 40 Amp

Supplying and fixing 6 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. Single Pole

Supply of AC ceiling fan energy saver type complete with down rod of standard length (30cm), canopy, blades without regulator of following size: 1200 mm sweep.

Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan, including wiring the down rods of standard length (up to 30 cm) with 1.5 sq. mm FR PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as required.

Supply of 15 (380mm) sweep 1400 rpm exhaust fan heavy duty complete with shutters, blades etc as reqd.

Installation of exhaust fan in the existing opening, including making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required. Up to 450 mm sweep

Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of 72 watt Street Light luminiare fitted with lens,made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing & toughened glass cover complete with the following specifications as required. (b) Total sytem wattage = 72 watt +/- 5%, (d) Luminious efficacy >= 100 Lm/w (e) Power Factor >= 0.95, (f) Protection class - IP -66

Earthing with Copper plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

upplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.
