Taking down old unserviceable scroll type compressor of capacity 8 TR including supply and replacement of same capacity of compressor of Make Emerson Climate Technologies or equivalent make for AC plant at location : P-16 (Clean Room) Note:- (a) Compressor shall be purchased from manufacturer/ authorised dealer of the manufacturer. Compressor shall be in sealed condition and shall bear warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Supply and replacement of unserviceable microprocessor unit of 3X30TR AC plant at Rubber store of existing make/ brand of defective components/ spare part or any reputed suitable make as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of unserviceable condensor fan motor of capacity 3 phase 2HP ,935 Rpm,suitable for AC plant of capacity 3X30 TR of Make :-Hindustan or existing make/ brand of defective components/ spare part or any reputed suitable make as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Dehumidifier Sensor with control board of existing make/ brand of defective components/ spare part or any reputed suitable make as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for scrapping of old painting by wire brush and cleaning/preparation of the surface including providing one coat of red oxide and two coat of synthetic enamel spray painting and writing of suction discharge pressure/arrow marks of gas and water line by white paint on Air cooled chiller package unit including compressor and compressor motor - 3 Nos, AHU motor - 1 No, Chiller pump - 2 Nos, condenser motors-6 Nos, refrigerent lines & control panel boards complete all as per direction of Engineer -in-charge at Rubber Store AC Plant.

Taking down old unserviceable scroll type compressor of capacity 6 TR including supply and replacement of same capacity of compressor of Make Emerson Climate Technologies or equivalent make for AC plant at location : AVRO/ CRRW Note:- (a) Compressor shall be purchased from manufacturer/ authorised dealer of the manufacturer. Compressor shall be in sealed condition and shall bear warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Providing insulation on and around suction and discharge copper tube of size 3/8"/ 5/8" with 6mm thick flexible thermocol heat resistance duly wrapped with sticking tape and finally covered with flexible PVC conduit of 50mm bore complete including taking down existing one all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting electric connection from defective blower/ fan motor and taking out from unit capacity 8.3 TR of existing make and transporting to workshop after getting the gate pass from Engineer-in-Charge. Dismantling the burnt winding & rewinding of 1/6 to 1/8 HP double shaft blower motor with the existing size of super enemelled copper winding wire as per maunufactrer instructions including insulation, varnishing, greasing, testing complete and transporting back to the location from where it was disconnected and refixing the same and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Outdoor fan motor suitable for small shaft condensing coil including blade suitable for ductable AC of 8.3 TR complete all as specified and as directed. Make : LG / Tecumseh / Kirloskar.

Liquid line drier filter suitable for 8.3 ton ductable AC with necessary brazing work and charging the refrigerant after replacing the liquid line filter to obtain adequate cooling complete including taking down existing one all as specified and as directed. Note : Supply and charging refrigerent gas will be measured and paid seperately under relavent items. Make of drier filter: LG / Danfoss / Hitech

Carrying out pressure leak test of 8.3 ton ductable split type AC whenever required by nitrogen gas pressure for detecting leakage in cooling/condensing unit refrigerant pipe and repairing the leakage by welding or brazing of condensing/ cooling unit, refrigerant pipe and putting under pressure for leakage checking after repair of leaking pipe flushing out by N2 and CTC/ vaccumination complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Supply & charging of refrigerant gas R-22/R-407C will be measured and paid for separately

Inspection, checking adjustment and minor repair of unserviceable window type/ split type AC any type any capacity placed at any location includes repair/ replacement of defective parts such as checking of electrical connection, condenser, gas leakage, PCB, condenser fan blade, indoor unit, outdoor unit, compressor, PVC pipe etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Repair/ replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix single phase single pole contactor suitable for 1.5/ 2.0 split type AC all as specified and as directed.

Repair and maintenance of inverter type split AC of any capacity / any Make from any location including attending breakdown calls, routine maintenance and servicing ,testing and commissioning all as specified and directed here under :- a) Cleaning the body, evaporator and condenser with detergent, combing the pins and flushing with air blower. b) Checking electrical connection, cleaning, Greasing, oiling, fan motor, cleaning of air filter with blower. (c) Testing all copper tube ,joints, leads for any leaking and Top up with the refrigerant gas if necessary. (d) The work shall be done by a specialized team of Engineer/Technicians of OEM. (e) Nearly 50 number of inverter type split AC are installed at the distant height. To carryout servicing of these AC's special T&P (Boomer vechice) of height 24 meter will be required. The cost of arrangement of special T&P will be inclusive in quoted rate.

Taking out, inspection, checking adjustment and minor repair of unserviceable refrigerator 165/ 180/ 175/210/260/280/300/310/320/335 ltr capacity of any type any make for repair/ replacement of defective parts such as condenser, PVC pipe, loose electrical connection etc., cleaning, condenser unit of foreign particle and descaling with carbon di oxide gas to ensure smooth flow of refrigerating gas, reassembling the appliance, testing and placing in original position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Repair/ replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

The quoted rate shall also deemed to be included the following :- (i) Prior to installation of maintenance free chemical earthing, soil resistivity test to be carried out at the location where earthing work to be done in presence of Engr-in- Charge/JE (E/M),user and the report has to submit to Garrison Engineer with recommendation of manufacturer, if required additional interconnection of earthing (not more than 04 number of earthing) to achive earth result less then 1 Ohms. The arrangement done for soil resistivity testing and submission of report with recommendation deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(ii) The description/ size/ qty of items mentioned in above are for indicating only however qty/ size may vary at site condition to maintain the earth resistance 1 ohm. The contractor shall quote rate by considering all factors.

(iii) Rate of earth energizer compound of 25 Kg of 02 bags and earth resistance reducing liquid 10 litre per cane for each pit deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(iv) Resistivity of earth energizer compound and resistance reducing earthing liquid shall be certified by any NABL accredited lab carried out as per IEC-62561-7 read with ASTMG57-06, CI-3.4A and the certificate of same shall be submitted by the contractor before commencement of work.

(v) Earth enhancing material should not leach into the adjacent soil or underground water channels and its PH valve should be in neutral range complete all as specified and as directed. It should solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete.

(vi) Copper strip of size 20 x 3 mm should be fixed on proper post insulator at the instrument end ( copper strip will be measured and paid separately).

(vii) Testing of earth shall be carried out in presence of departmental and user representative and report shall be submitted to Garrison Engineer duly signed by all concern.

(viii) Earth resistance tester will be provided by the contractor. Tester should be calibrated from authorised company/ lab.

(ix) Earthing shall be tested after completion of work by the contractor in presence of Engr-in-charge, user and proper record shall be maintened duly signed by all concerned. After testing if the desired earth resistance of less than 1 Ohm is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost to Govt. till desired result is obtained.

(x) The contractor shall given a written guarantee of minimum three years for maintaining the earth resistance less than 1 Ohm after certified date of completion.

(xi) No further maintenance or periodic watering or recharge shall be required in earthing during its guarantee period of over 03 years in all type of soil including soft/ disintegrated or hard rock.

(xii) During the guarantee period, if earth resistance is not maintained less than 1 ohm the contractor has to redo or rectify at no extra cost to Govt till desired result is mainained.

(xiii) A security deposit of value equal to 2.5 % of the rate quoted for chemical earthing per each earthing shall be retained from payment due to the contractor for the guarantee period.

(xiv) The electrode shall carry manufacturer's name .

(xv) The connection clamp shall be permanentlly welded to the copper bounded rod to avoid any kind of connectivity loss,.The pre-welded copper bounded rod shall not need any additional clamp for termination.

(xvi) The acceptable earth resistance at earth busbar/ test point shall not be more than 0.1 ohm.

(xvii) The contractor shall submit CPRI India certified document for copper bonded rod to ensure genuity of material.

(xviii) Sign board of mild steel 2 mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer showing result of earthing should be fixed near the earth pit after completion as directed by engr -in- charge.

(xix) Earth work such as auguring and making good the surrounding area shall carried out in any type of soil.
