L&T make Air circuit breaker (ACB), 1600A in frame , 3 pole, EDO type with mtx 1.5g 50 KA ( with LSING protection & display) with both side terminal adapter.

Dismantling of old ACB & other accessories form existing panel removing of all cable connection after taking shut down with help of gas cutter, heavy labour etc.

Providing / fixing and making connection of including links, bends, aluminum bus bar will be of electrolytic grade conductivity or as per relevant IS having sufficient cross section area insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve in phase color identification. The bus bar support insulator shall be of class F insulation made out of non-hygroscopic material as SMC/DMC. All hard ware for connection / joints shall be in high tensle.

Arrangement of incoming/outgoing cable termination by providing & fixing of terminal link of current carrying capacity 1600amp. With phase separator I. Removable cable gland plate to be provided for each entry with cable gland. Making connection of both incoming & out going side as required with proper insulation.

Fixing of the ACB in the existing LT panel board including providing & fabrication & fixing of the base frames of suitable sizes for ACBs in the chamber. Fixing all the measuring instruments, at the metering chamber along with complete wiring through 2.5sq. mm single core copper wire including providing and fixing of necessary ferrules etc.

Cleaning of incoming & outgoing bus bar for 1600amp. ACB horizontal bus bar Aluminium & insulation with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve/PVC tape throughout in red, yellow & blue color to identify three phases & black for neutral.

Cleaning of 1600amp ACB incomer & bus coupler removal of old grease and re-greasing of all movable parts the recommended grease, setting of tripping mechanism, wiring of under voltage coil, complete cleaning of ACBs with making all incoming & outgoing cable connection with thimbing.

Testing & commissioning of panel/ACBs as per required parameters with relevant IS testing of the panel prior switching on as continuity and earthtesting, Meggaring of all equipment’s for phase to phase, neutral to body, neutral of earth and phase to earth.
