SUB GRADE : Preparation and consolidation of sub grades at cutting portion & loosening of the ground upto a level of 500 mm below the sub-grade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of table 300-2 for sub-grade construction etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub-base material 100 mm thick compcted of natural sand,mortum gravel crushed stone orcombination as per MORT&h specification confirming to clause 401 coarse graded grading 1 as per table 400.2 of MORT&h specification includimg spreding on the prepared sub grade with the help of tractor with planner of adequte capacity maintaining the required slope and grade during operation,rolling with road roller 8-10 tone with the grade and cross tail(canter) to be checked and any high spot depressing which become apperaed corrected by removing or adding fresh material including cost of tool and plants,carriageof material from stacks,template barrier,lighting arrangement at night,chowkidar and maintenace of diversion etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge. in all respect as per MORT&H specification densty of GSB as laid 2gms/cc etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing factory manufactured precast concrete kerbs of size 300x300mm having 100mm thick duly vibrated,mechanically and compacted made of P. C.C. 1:2:4 duly cured and finished.The rate further include filling of joints between kerb wih cement mortar 1:2 etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Sal wood TOUNG AND GROOVE false ceiling size 20 mm X 125 mm, finished including fixed in frames as per architect drawings etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick sal wood wall pannelling fixed with rawl plug or tappered screws complete including exterior paint as per HPPWD schedule Item No.13.46.1 etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of Cast iron Designer Gate as per approved architectural drawing including fixing at site etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing on 5 mm thick roofing Divine stone coated steel roofing sheet or equivalent of approved size , color and as per approved pattern fixed with tappered nails/screws after applying a coat of bitumen primer etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing on 5 mm thick roofing Divine stone coated steel ridge sheet or equivalent of approved size , color and as per approved pattern fixed with tappered nails/screws after applying a coat of bitumen primer etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
