Firm shall submit proof of being OEM (such as electricity bill, certificate from pollution control board etc). If firm is other than OEM it shall submit certificate of authorization from OEM.
Signed copy of technical specifications (compliance to technical specification) shall be attached.

Manufacturer must provide the test report from central Govt. /NABL accredited lab to prove conformity to Specifications.
Manufacturer must provide User Manual with product & should provide online/offline training for assembling and using Mechanical Comparator .
The Tenderer/Firm should certify that equipment/product offered fully meets the technical specifications. Deviations shall be clearly indicated in a deviation statement elaborating their implications. For this Tenderer/firm should submit Technical Evaluation Sheet Annexure A with their offer
While bidding the Tenderer/Firm has to submit clear technical specifications & Make/ Brand, Photo of its offered equipment/product in a separate sheet for technical evaluation, failing which the offered bid will treated to be rejected. Also tenderer/firm has to submit proper documentation regarding past performance/supply in railway (i.e R- Note/CRN etc. if any available) so that the Technical suitability of offer can be judged properly.
