Earthwork in open Excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) in all types of soil, mixture of gravel, disintegrated rock, hard stiff clay, soft rock, hard rock including bailing of water, if necessary, dressing of sides, shoring, benching, levelling and ramming the bottom surfaces, with lift as given below and disposal of excavated earth within a lead of 250 metres, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All kinds of soil upto 1.5 mtr depth from AGL

Providing and laying brick masonry in Cement Mortar 1:6 with well burnt chamber bricks / FALG Bricks of approved quality in all shapes and sizes including scaffolding, curing, raking out joints, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Plastering the ceiling / exposed surfaces of concrete with CM 1:3; 6mm thick to make the surface uniform, free from undulations and imperfections including hacking pock marking of surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, curing at all lifts etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in­charge.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5, 12mm thick for brickwork / Concrete on internal faces at all lifts including scaffolding, curing and forming grooves wherever necessary all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in­charge. [Note: 6mm premium glass fibre of make Dugar & Co or Recron shall be mixed with Cement @ 60 gms of glass fibre per 50kgs of cement]

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5, 12mm thick for brickwork / Concrete on its external faces at all lifts including scaffolding, curing and forming grooves wherever necessary all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in­charge. [Note: 6mm premium glass fibre of make Dugar & Co or Recron shall be mixed with Cement @ 60 gms of glass fibre per 50kgs of cement]

Supplying and fixing in position of Alkali resistance Glass fibre mesh (4-5mm square aperture with 145 gsm) over the joints of RCC and Brick work with cement paste before plastering as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

White/Colour washing One Coat of lime solution using shell lime of approved quality admixed with glue, ultra marine etc., on existing surfaces of walls and ceiling at all lifts including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, removing nails, brooming down the surfaces for removing cobwebs, smoke dirt etc., filling the holes, cracks, crevices with Snowfilla or other suitable filler materials, covering the furniture by suitable covering materials, cleaning/removal of white washing splashing and dropping from floors, doors & windows, electrical fixtures, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting all internal faces of walls / plastered surfaces with two coats of Acrylic Emulsion paint of make Asian (Tractor) / Berger (Bison) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade over a coat of interior wall primer of make Asian (Professional) / Berger (BP Primer) or other approved equivalent make including preparation of surfaces, applying approved make wall care putty as per manufacturer specification, cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, removing nails, brooming down the surfaces for removing cobwebs, smoke dirt, etc., filling the holes, cracks, crevices with Snowfilla or other suitable filler materials, covering the furniture by suitable covering materials, cleaning / removal of splashing and dropping from floors, doors & windows, electrical fixtures, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- The sample shall be got approved by the EIC before making bulk order.)

Providing Painting over all exposed surfaces at all heights over rough cast plaster / plain plaster with Two Coat of premium exterior emulsion paint of make Asian (APEX - Dust proof exterior emulsion) / Berger (Anti dustt weather coat) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade over a coat of exterior wall primer of make Asian / Berger or other approved equivalent make including preparation of surfaces by scrubbing / cleaning the fungus / stains, cleaning with water, filling the cracks with approved crack filler and including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants, curing, scaffolding at all lifts, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- 1) The samples should be got approved by the EIC before placing. 2) The contractor should give warranty for the finishes for a period not less than 5 years as specified in tender conditions from the date of completion of the work. 3) Guarantee bond for 5 years period in the approved format has to be submitted by the contractor. 4) 50% (Fifty percent) of security deposit will be retained as performance security for the guarantee period and the same will be released after successful completion of the guarantee period i.e., after five years to be reckoned from the date after the maintenance period prescribed in the contract.

Painting over Plain Plaster at all lifts.

Painting doors, windows, grills, pipe lines and rolling shutter, etc., with one coat of Synthetic Enamel paint of Asian or other approved make and colour at all lifts including cost of all materials, scaffolding, labour, preparing the surfaces for receiving the paint by scraping, rubbing, applying wood filler, etc., as per specification. (Note: The sample shall be got approved by the EIC before making bulk order.)

Painting for wood work with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, suitably prepared for receiving paint by scraping, rubbing, applying wood filler, wood putty, making surface smooth, etc., as per specifications.

Polishing the staircase handrails and other wooden areas at all lifts with two coats of French polish/Touch wood of approved make including preparation of surfaces by scrapping with suitable tools or with suitable grade of sand paper, cleaning the surface dust free for applying the polish, disposing the scrapped debris, applying sealer, suitable filler materials wherever required, cost of all materials, labour etc., all complete as per specification.

Providing and fixing Granite of Ruby red/Jet Black colour (16 - 18mm thick) gang saw cut mirror polished, (pre moulded and prepolished slab) machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, etc., including rubbing, curing, finishing, providing holes of required diameter, providing opening to fix counter basins, providing grooves wherever required, etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications. (Note: The Granite stones slab shall be got approved by the Engineer before making bulk order.)

Providing and Fixing of False ceiling with Lay in Perforated metal ceiling System of Armstrong or approved equivalent make using 600x600mm Lay in tiles of pre coated galvanised steel in 0.5 mm thickness of approved colour with standard perforation of 2.5mm dia and open area of 16% with Soundtex acoustical fleece glued to the back of the tile, laid over grid system of make Armstrong suspension system or other approved system with 15mm wide T - section flanges having rotary stitching on the Main Runner suspended from the ceiling at required intervals including providing suitable opening for mounting of lighting fixtures & fittings, loud speakers, fire alarm system component and lighting system, also provision for Trap doors where ever required with necessary opening & locking arrangements for the accesses to air-conditioning Duct etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer.

False ceiling with Lay in Perforated metal ceiling System Note: i) Main runner shall be spaced at 1200mm centre securely fixed to the structural soffit using approved suspension system at maximum spacing of 1200mm and not more than 150mm from the spliced joint. The first and last suspension shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall. ii) 1200mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runner at 600mm centre to form 1200x600mm module and 600x600mm module to be formed by fitting 600mm long cross tees centrally between the 1200mm cross tees in burds mouth notches. Perimeter trim using wall angles of size 3000x19x19mm, secured to walls at 450 mm maximum centers. iii) The suspension system accessories of make Armstrong or other approved make consisting of M6 Anchor Fasteners with Vertical Hangers made of Galvanized steel of size 26 x 26 x 25 x 1.2mm with a GI coating of 80gsm, A pre Straightened Hanger wire of dia 2.65 mm of 1.8 m length with GI coating of 80gsm along with Adjustable hook clips of 0.8mm thick and galvanized spring steel for 2.68 mm. The adjustable clip shall also consists of 3.5 mm aquiline wire to be used with the main runner. iv) The work shall be executed with skilled manpower as per manufacturers specification.

Providing and fixing in position Aluminium partitions, doors, windows, ventilators, louvers, fixed glazing, sliding windows north light glazing, sliding shutter 'E' Channel, trellis, etc., using heavy duty standard anodized aluminium extruded sections, anodized aluminium sheets as per relevant IS code of "JINDAL" or approved equivalent make including pivots, approved door and window handles, door stopper, EPDM gasket, neoprene gasket lining, stainless steel screw, mastic filling, weather strips, washers, reinforcing the door shutters at top and bottom with MS rod threaded and fixed to vertical members, etc., as required and as per drawing etc., all complete at all heights and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note:- 1. Payment shall be made on the basis of weight of aluminium members/section fabricated and actually installed in position without extra allowance for wastage no extra payment shall be made for non-aluminium consumable items like screws, gasket, weather strips PVC/Neoprene lining, sliding wheels for windows, in built tower bolt, reinforcing rods, etc., 2. Glazing, particle boards, Aluminium grills, mesh etc., will be paid separately under relevant items. 3. All fittings except under Note-1 will be paid separately under relevant item and the fittings shall be of matching colour anodized aluminium sections. 4. The aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required cleat angles at no extra cost. 5. The aluminium section shall be anodized with "MATT FINISH" (15 micron thick) finishing and of approved shade/colour with the approval of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing of Fly proof Stainless Steel (Grade 304) wire gauze of 0.4mm dia wire and 1.4mm aperture on both sides of approved quality and make over Partly panelled Door / Grill door including fixing with second class Teak wood beading or Aluminium frame work, cost of screws, nails, rawl plug, etc., all complete as per specification. [Note: Cost of frame work i.e., Steel or wood or aluminium, will be paid for separately under relevant item]

Filling the gap between windows / ventilators and wall jambs with CM and finishing the edges with silicon sealant of approved make at all levels including filling the inner gap alround with CM without causing any damages to the window / glass, finishing the joint with silicon sealant using injecting guns, etc., all complete per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fabricating bending and fixing the position of AISI 304 grade stainless steel section for hand railing/hanger rods made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates, etc., of required size including butt / mitre welding, grinding, buffing, polishing, making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement, drilling holes in floor/walls embedding/ grouting with suitable grouting materials, etc., all complete as per drawing and specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- 1. The stainless steel tubular pipe/ section shall conform to ASTM A554/A312. 2. All welding joint shall conform to V groove joint and joint shall be ground finish. 3. There shall not be any spatter or imperfection on the pipe and the pipe surface shall be ground and smooth. 4. External surface of SS pipe shall be buffed to mirror finish. 5. The rate shall be inclusive of providing ball joiners, flush joiners, base plate/flanges, cover plate, end caps epoxy glue, round face/square face glass connecters for fixing etched colour glass if any of required size with gaskets including curved railings where ever required cost of screws, weld etc., 6. The entire pattern of stainless steel hand railing work/pattern including fixing of etched glass, if any in the hand rail shall be got approval by Engineer in charge/Architect before execution. 7. Only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc., for payment purpose.

Providing and fixing best quality SWR uPVC pipes - Type A (suitable for ventilation work and rain water applications) conforming to IS: 13592 - latest edition with ISI mark including moulded fittings/specials such as bends, shoes, etc., jointing with seal ring conforming to IS - 5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion, fixing to the wall with adequate no. of PVC clips for rain water down take pipes etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

90mm OD SWR - Type A

Providing and laying of Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) for Sub-base and base course conforming to clause 406 of MORT&H Specification for road and bridge works (Fifth Revision) using 53mm downgraded stone aggregate including cost of coarse aggregates, fine aggregate, premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver/motor grader in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, etc., all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge prefabricated cement concrete interlocking Solid / perforated paver block of M-30 grade made by table vibratory method using PU moulded with strong vibratory compaction of approved size, design, shape, laid in required colour and pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand including cost of sand filling, levelling with required slope, ramming the surface, watering, consolidation using vibratory earth rammers, filling the joints with sand, cleaning, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in­charge.

Dismantling Reinforced cement concrete at all lifts including clearing and depositing the same with a distance of 100 metres as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Brick work in cement mortar at all lifts including clearing and depositing the debris within a distance of 100 metres all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of old plastering / skirting including raking out the joints, cleaning the surface for plastering, disposal of debris within a initial lead of 50m, etc., all complete.
