Providing, laying, spreading and comapcting Factorymade Wet Mix macadam using 50mm I.R.C. hard trapmetal & blended with 25% lime including premixing ofmaterial with water in mixing plant for Wet mixmacadam, carraiage of mixed material by tipers to siteand sprading mechanically and compacting it by 8 to 10ton power roller, watering all etc. complete all as directedby the Engineer-in-Charge.
Labour charges for removing existing Kerb stones and raising the bottom level including providing 200mm wide and 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 and refixing the Kerb stones into line and level, jointing with cement mortar 1:3, curing etc complete all as as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Providing and fixing Hydraulically pressed factory made kerb stones full bull nose /half battered from approved manufacturers like M/s Super Tiles or other approved equivalent , made up of cement concrete grade not less than M-30 and having size 500 X 325 X 125 mm , including removing the existing kerb stone stacking at designated place as identified place by EIC, necessary form work, compaction, finishing, curing, fixing with CM 1:3, jointing and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 including earth work and 75 mm thick & 200 mm wide PCC 1:3:6 for foundation below kerb stone etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge
Providing and laying hot mixed hot laid 38 mm averageconsolidated thickness premixed bituminous macadamover existing surface including filling pot holes and roadcuts using approved graded I.R.C. metal 32 mm down 3.7% to 4.7 % bituminous of grade 60/70 (VG20) including theW.B.M. road by removing loose material from potholesand existing road surface with wire brushing, broomingand mechanical spreading, machine laying, bituminouscourse to correct line and grade, camber etc. completecompacting thoroughly with 10/12 Tone power rollerincluding applying a tack coat of bitumen 60/70 (VG20)grade @ 7.5 kg./10 Sq.M. specifications all as directed bythe Engineer-in-Charge
Providing and laying hot mixed hot laid premixedbituminous seal coat of 12 mm consolidated thicknessover asphalt macadam as wearing course on road surfacesusing 7.5% bituminous grade 60/70 (VG20) includingmachine mixing,laying by mechanical spreading machineand compacting thoroughly by 10/12 Tone power roller etc.to correct level and line, grade, camber applying a tackcoat of bitumen 60/70 (VG20) grade @ 7.5 Kg./10 Sq.M.etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed bythe EIC.
Providing and laying Cold bituminous mix for wet surface and during rainy season at required locations over sub base / existing bituminous macadam using Factory made in 25kg bag of Ultrabond P-8 of M/s Bedrock or other approved equivalent make of suitable grade as per specification and aggregate of size 12.5mm downgrading including machine mixing, laying by mechanical spreading machine and compacting thoroughly by 10/12 MT power roller etc to correct level and line, grade, camber including applying a tack coat of bitumen using grade cut back bitumen (emulsion) at 7.5 kg/10 sq.m all as directed and as per specifications.
Providing & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of appropriate primer of approved shade over Concrete surface ( Kerb stone, Plastered surface,) / Steel surface ( railing, steel structures etc.) including preparing surfaces, filling with putty wherever required and cleaning with waterjet, wire brush manually etc. all complete as per complete specifications and as directed by the EIC.
Plain cement concrere Grade M20 using graded stone aggregate 20 mm max.size including ,mixing ,placing, consolidation finishing,curing etc. ( excluding formwork which shall be paid in the relevent item) complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Plain cement concrere (1:3:6) using graded stone aggregate 20 mm max.size including ,mixing ,placing, consolidation finishing,curing etc. ( excluding formwork which shall be paid in the relevent item) complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Brickwork 230 mm thick using bricks as specified with cement mortar 1:4 for raising /lowering the top level with mathing the existing road top level including curing, raking out joints pointing below ground level etc. complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Random rubble masonry using spotless black trap or approved locally available stone in cement mortar 1:6 including raking out joints, simultaneously flush pointing using through bond stones at every 900 mm in horizontal & vertical courses of each layer, curing, 110mm dia Weep holes of SN8 Quality UPVC pipes at etc. complete all as per specifications, directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
a) Rubble stone supplied by contractor
Cement plastering 20 mm thick using in CM 1:3 (Cement1 : 3 Crushed sand) using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per and applied over stone wall or brick walls or concrete surfaces at all floors and levels, including repaired surfaces as per manufacturer's specification, including scaffolding and removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposing off debris Within Colony designated place by EIC etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC.
Providing, fabricating & fixing in position MS Grating of required size using MS angle, MS flat, MS barsetc fixed in storm water drain including cutting, fabrication, welding, fixing/embedding in position in concrete /masonry work & finishing the concrete/masonry work after fixing /embedding, etc including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade & make over one coat of approved steel primer (painting & priming to be done by dipping only) complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge
Providing and Laying mastic asphalt 25mm thick with 10/20 grade bitumen including producing the same at computerised batch mix plant, transporting the same to site by means of mastic cookers, laying the same with mastic paver and including all necessary tools, labours & barricading, spreading of aggregates as antiskid measures by means over newly laid mastic asphalt as per specification as directed by Engineer in charge (Note: The material specifications / gradation & content shall be as specified in the relevant I.S.
Painting the lane marking strips 2.5 mm thick on asphalted / concrete road surfaces , mechanically with Retroreflective thermoplastic road marking of approvedshade of THERMOLINE of M/s. Asian Paints ltd. Or approved equivalent confirming to BS 3262 PART 1 / 1989 or latest version, including heating the raw material to 180 -200 degree celsius in the pre heater with adequate agitation till it becomes homogenised liquid for painting , including cleaning painting on pedestrian crossing, speed breakers etc including providing all safety measures like barricading the roads, dividers etc complete all as per specification of the manufacturers and as directed by Engineer in charge.
Providing and fixing in position cast-in-situ RCC covers, making over Slabs/walls etc. of required size of M 30 mix. using graded stone aggregate 20 mm maximum size including form work, compaction, finishing with a coat of neat cement punning for all surfaces, curing and including reinforcement etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (reinforcement shall be paid in relevant item)
Reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete conforming to IS at all floors & levels including, supplying, cutting, bending, fixing and tying in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire including cost of binding wire, labour etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Binding wire required for the work will have to be supplied by the contractor & the same will not be measured for payment.
a)With high yield strength deformed bars Fe 500 grade
Scrapping, removing & milling, crushing to smaller pieces old existing bituminous road surfaces upto required depth including transportation to plant, reheating including adding 1% of addition bitumin of grade 60/70 to produce Bituminous macadum, bringing back to colony and laying over existing surfaces including filling pot holes and road cuts including preparing surface by wire brushing , brooming and mechanical spreading, machine laying to correct line and grade, camber compacting thoroughly with 10/12 Tone power roller including applying a tack coat of bitumen 60/70 grade @ 7.5 kg./10 Sq.M. etc. complete all as per specuification & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Removing and refixing of RCC/CI/SFRC chamber cover of verious size i.e.1200X900,900X600, 400X400mm after raising of chamber height including breaking,dismatling cement concetre and making the same, finishing with cement neat finish etc. all Complete as directed by the EIC.(Brickwork, Plaster and Cement concrete 1:2:4 will be paid in relevant Item)
Providing & fixing C.I. Chamber cover & frame of size weight & numbersas specified including cost of necessary 1:2:4 cement concreteand 1:4 cement mortar for fixing, painting the frame & cover withtwo coats of approved paint of approved shade etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing assistance to the departmetal technician for complaints of various nature on working days/holidays/ beyond office hours viz., etc in verious locations including necessary tools and manpower , loading and unloading etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: 1) Contractor shall arrange to provide the sarvice on Saturday, Sunday and other Holidays in case of energency as required by Engineer-In-Charge, Failing which penal recovery shall be made , Decision of Engineer-In-Charge will be final. 2) Penalty of Rs.200/ Day, Subjected to maximum Rs. 1000/Day shall be recovered and decision of Engineer-In-Chrage shall be final.
Providing, supplying "JCB" Loader cum excavator and executing the works like excavation, grading, levelling, debris cleaning, cutting wild vegetations & brances etc . JCB Excavator cum loader including Operator. Conditions :- 1) The above rate shall be inclusive of JCB, Fuel, Operator and other consumables etc. 2) The rates are inclusive of all Taxes including Service taxes/GST if any. 3) Break Down Hours and Lunch break timings shall not be considered for payment. 4) You are required to engage skilled driver/Operator possessing valid driving license and proper address proof & police verification certificate. 5) The make and model of the vehicle should be less than8 years old, roadworthy with all valid documents. 6) The vehicle should be free from all sorts of defects andwill be subjected to inspection by a representative of DCSEM whose decision is final and binding as regards suitabilityof that particular vehicle. 7) The cost of POL, maintenance of vehicle includingreplacement of parts, fuel etc.,wages of driver, Motor Vehicle taxes , comprehensive insurance , etc. shall bepayable by you and BARC shall have no liability towardsusage of the vehicle. 8) The contractor shall take the signature of thedepartmental authorities on Log Book/ Duty Register . 9) Fraction of hours shall be rounded off to nearest half anhour at the time of preparing running bills/ final bill. 10) Excavator bucket of 300 mm/600mm/900mm widemust be attached to the JCB whenever directed. 11) The contractor shall arrange adequate insurancecoverage for his personnel. 12) The cost of damages to any government movable/ immovable property in and around the site shall been tirely borne by the contractor.Department shall not be responsible for any liability arising out of any accident/ injury caused to contractor persons while executing the job. 13)The driver shall work as per instructions given by thedepartmental officers.
Constructing brick masonry Inspection chambers ofinternal sizes 900 X 600mm at bottom and 900 X450mm at top for an initial depth of 600mm consistingfollowing items of work.i) 230 mm thick brick masonry in cement mortar 1:2over 150 mm thick bed in cement concrete of grade1:2:4 with 150 mm offset all-around, tapering oflongitudinal walls starting from the height of 450 mmfrom the top of chamber frame & cover and tapering of longitudinal walls ending at the height of 200 mm fromthe top of frame & Cover to obtain an internal dimensionof 900 X 450mm at 200 mm from top of chamber.ii) 20 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:1 mixed withwater proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cementon internal and external surfaces, internal surfaces andtop finished with a floating coat of neat cement.iii) Making benching and haunching in cement concreteof grade 1:2:4 and finishing with floating coat of neatcement.iv) Fixing frame and cover at top using cement concreteof grade 1:2:4 (for bed block / bearing course andcapping) and cast iron steps / foot rests, all as perspecification and as directed by E-in-C. NOTE:-Providing & fixing CI / RCC / Composite frame & coverincluding CC of grade 1:2:4 & C.M 1:2 plaster for fixingthe frame and cover, will will be paid under relevant item/ included in other relevant item.
Inspection chamber of internal sizes 900 X 600 mm at bottom and 900 X 450 mm at top for an initial depth of 600 mm.
Providing & laying UPVC under ground drainage pipes & Fittings of approved make for storm water drains & Sewer lines of following size conforming to IS:15328 to proper level & grade, jointing including providing coupler with cement solvent / welded joints / as per manufacturer's requirement, encasing the pipe using course sand complete all as per specifictions, drawing and asdirected by the E.I.C. item includes Providing and fixingUPVC fittings such as Bendes, Tees & Y, Reducers,Blanking Plugs, Couplers, Adaptors etc.all complete.
a) 160 mm dia.
Disposing off the materials laid on site otherthan generated from within this work by mechanical transport to the lead upto 3.0 KM. over and above initial lead of 50 M including loading, unloading, spreading, levelling etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
a) Ordinary soil
Writting of lettering, sign board in english / Hindi language ( like building names with direction, No entry, U turn Parking , school area ), Line, Dashes, Arrows, Border margin symbol etc. in two coats on new / old work with Synthetic enamal paint or other such euivalant approved paint including preparing the surface all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing, fabricating and fixing in position Name Board, Road signages, etc. all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
a) Stainless steel matt finish back for Name Board plate for Buildings and /or Road signage boards using 304 grade 1mm thick sheet topping and 1/2" x 1/2" / 2"x 2" (approx) square tubes, Tee , angles , flats round ball of 3 " dia, nut bolts fasteners wherever required etc and fabricating welding/ brazings and bending of tubes sheet etc as per drawings and fixing /erecting including scaffolding etc as directed by Engineer In charge
Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective sign boards made up of 1mm thick SS sheet ( to be paid in relevant item), face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class-2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to along with theft resistant measures, mounted on vertical post in english/ Hindi language, sign boards including polyurethene coating, like Speedbrakers, building names with direction, Arrow for direction, U turn, No Entry, Parking, school area etc. in line level all as directed by E I C ( Note: Only area of board shall be measured for payment .)
Supplying, erecting & fixing in position 12 guage G.I. concertina wire fencing to existing barbed wire fencing /masonry wall work which consist of procuring G.I. concertina of approved quality, brand and of diameter as indicated below, erecting and fixing the same to top /side of ‘Y’ shaped angle provided over coping of compound wall, fixing concertina over ground along inside of compound wall including welding / screwing concertina to M.S. ‘Y’ angle to compound wall including cost of materials, labour, scaffolding etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
a) 600mm dia G.I. concertina to side / top of ‘Y’ shaped barbed wire fencing.
Supplying and fixing in position, 2 ply, 12 gauge, 4 spikes at 100 mm c/c G.I. barbed wire to M.S. angles / RCC wooden posts including supplying and fixing necessary ‘J’ hooks, bolts, nuts, washers, staples as required etc. including scafolding etc. complete all as per Engineer-In-charge direction.
