Supply of chemicals i/c softener operation monitoring maintenance

WATER TREATMENT PROGRAM:

a) Condenser Water System: Supply, monitoring and dosing of chemicals - Scale and Corrosion Inhibitor, Scale-Dispersant, Bio Dispersant, Oxidizing and non-oxidising Biocides, pH reducer and any other chemical as required for maintaining water chemistry in the condenser water system as per control limits Table 2 and special conditions of contract i/c submission of test reports from Govt. laboratory / NABL accredited labs etc as required.

b) Chilled Water System: Supply, monitoring and dosing of chemicals - Corrosion Inhibitor, biocide and any other chemical as required for maintaining water chemistry in the Chilled water system as per control limits in Table 3. and special conditions of contract i/c submission of test reports from Govt. laboratory / NABL accredited labs etc as required.

SH-II: MAINTENANCE OF WATER SOFTENER PLANT:

Carrying out routine, preventive maintenance i/c operation of softener system at existing Water Treatment Plant on round the clock shift basis as per special conditions of contract etc as required.

Testing of Ion-exchange softener Resin sample from an accredited or OEM lab and submission of original test report to the Engineer-In-Charge, once in a year / as and when required / if efficiency of softening process is found below accepted limit.

Supply of softener resin media (Indion 225 Na only) and topping-up including cartage and unloading at AAI site etc complete as required.

Supply & replacement of approved softener resin media for each vessel including removal of old resin from existing softener i/c cartage & unloading at AAI site etc complete as required.

Supply of industrial salt NaCl for use in softener and stacking at the stores of AAI i/c cartage & unloading etc complete as required.

Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of self-propelled solid tyre wheel mounted battery operated hydraulic scissor lift - 1 No. and double mast hydraulic goods lift Besto make - 1 No.as per annexure-A4 and special conditions of contract etc as required..

SH-III: REPAIRING AND SERVICING OF PUMPS:

Repairing and servicing of 7.5 HP HPS pumps installed for water softening plant including dismantling, replacement of defective / deteriorated spares such as bearing, bushing, seal, impellors, minor hardware items including cleaning and lubrication and reinstallation after one or more coat with suitable painting, testing and commissioning as per special conditions of contract etc as required.

a)7.5 HP soft water feed pumps 75 cum/hr

b) 7.5 HP HPS 45 cum/hr

Repairing and servicing of following capacity motors including dismantling, replacement of defective / deteriorated spares, rewinding with suitable size copper wire, insulation, warnishing, re-assembling & reinstallation, testing and commissioning etc complete as required. (Note : Discount towards old copper winding wire shall be adjusted in the quoted rate)

a) 1.0 HP agitator motor

b) 7.5 HP motor

Replacement of defective spares for the following capacity agitator motor/pump including dismnatling, replacement of spares, re-conditioning of shaft, painting, re-assembling & reinstallation, testing and commissioning etc complete as required.

Replacement of entire strainer nozzles of softener vessel - (Material of Construction) Plastic,K1+NU 60, 70 Dia x 48 Height, size of nozzle connection: M24 x 50/80, slit size: 0.2 mm, No of slits per nozzle: 40 Nos. in softener tank including evacuation, storage & refilling of existing softener Resin Media of quantity 6400 Ltrs/Vessel etc complete as required.

Providing additional unskilled level manpower to carry out Salt regenation activities including shifting and loading of salt into softening vessels as and when required as per the direction of EIC etc as required.
