M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles (300x200mm) x 6-7mm thick on vertical surfaces etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match , as in skriting /dado and risers to steps etc., laid over and including bedding layer of 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2, using 40mm well graded stone aggregate as in sub base of path/ floor etc., complete, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1, (using 20 mm well graded stone aggregate), as in plinth protection, finishing cement concrete surface fair and even without using extra cement, laid in alternate panels, complete, all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames not exc 1.5 sqm each with shutters without taking off shutters from the frame and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts and making good disturbed portion in cement mortar (1:3) or PCC 1:2:4 type B1(after inserting new hold fast if required), complete all as specified and directed.Note:(Hold fast shall be measured and paid seperately).

supply and fixing 105 mm x 60 mm pressed steel frame made of MS sheet 1.25mm thick, for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plates etc., with and including back filling with PCC (1:3:6), type C-0(using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) , complete all as specified and directed . Note: The sizes/dimensions and type (profile) of frames shall be as shown in IS.

S & F 35 mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, ISI marked , complete, all as specified and directed.

S & F second class hardwood 35 mm thick plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels) with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged) or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers and fitted to chowkats, complete, all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fixing 30 mm thick Factory Made Solid Panel PVC Door Shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19mm x 19mm for stiles, and 15mm x 15mm for top and bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with 5mm thick heat moulded PVC sheet ‘C’ channel having a 5mm thick PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement, forming stiles, and 5mm thick PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side, and 10mm (5mm x 2) thick, 20mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail.
