Supply, install, commissioning & testing of diesel engine driven generating set complete with acoustic enclosure approved by CPCB-II and control system for 15 KVA output at site, AC 415 volts, 50 C/S, 3 phase 4 wire directly coupled complete with self starting system including accessories, equipment control panel etc as detailed below complete all as specified & directed consisting of following ;- (A) Diesel engine :- Diesel driven engine of suitable capacity to drive alternator of cap 15 KVA, water cooled and electric start, coupled directly through flexible coupling, multi cylinder, four storke, 1500 RPM, industrial type as per ISO-1546-1 / BS5514 of DG set complete with following standard accessories as per manufacturer recommendations or all as specified and directed. (a) The gen set should have capacity to run continuously in variable load condition for unlimited hours and should also have a 110% load capacity of 01 hour in every 12 hours of operation. (b) Air System - Inlet & Exhaust comprising (i) Dry-type paper element air Cleaner (ii) Restriction Indicator / Vacuum Indicator (iii) Optimised Turbocharger (iv) Intake Manifold (v) Exhaust Manifold (vi) Silencer muffler (vii) Stainless steel Exhaust Flexible coupling (c) Cooling System comprising (i) Radiator to suit ambient conditions (ii) Cooling system piping (iii) Thermostates (iv) Pressure cap (v) Coolant Inhibitor (vi) Engine Driven Fan (d) Fuel System comprising (i) Fuel pump -Low pressure type (ii) Injectors (iii) Cartridge paper filters primary and secondary for Fuel (e) Governor :- Engine Electronic Governor for A1 governing of engine speed from No load to full load. (f) Lub Oil System :- (i) Plate Type lub oil cooler (ii) filters-lubrication oil (g) Fuel Tank :- Draw out type integral fuel tank of suitable capacity or as recommended by manufacturer with level indicator in ltrs, provided with drain plug and air vent / breather and inlet and outlet connection (h) Electric Starting system comprising (i) Electrical starter - 12 Volts (ii) Engine driven battery charging alternator (iii) Cut Out and (iv) One No of 12 volts of 88 AH or recommanded by manufacturer maintenance free battery with suitable connection terminals and leads for proper battery connection

(B) ALTERNATOR :- Self excited, self regulated screen protected drip proof type with Class 'H' Insulation Salient pole revolving field and electronic Automatic Voltage Regulator for voltage regulation of + 0.5% from No load to full load, standard enclosure 415 Volt 50 HZ 4 pole 15 KVA cap complete as per IS-13364-2 and conf to IS-4722 or BS 2613-1970 complete all as required or recommended by manufacturer.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of LT panel outdoor type of size recommended by manufacturer cubical floor mounted type (IP-65 degree of protection ) made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet (internally and externally) powder coated, bus bar 300 amps rating made of aluminium strip duly drilled holes for connections and mounted on epoxy based post insulators for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50 HZ AC supply ,hibling , cable entry boxes , cable gland incl 50x50x6 mm frame (bottom portion of the panel) , grouted foundation in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 with 20 mm graded stone aggregates totally tested as per IEC 61439-I , suitable for and including the following :- (i) MCCB 4 pole 415 volts 250 amp rating thermal based release with rupturing capacity 36 KA - 01 No as incomer, Make- Legrand DRX type Cat No 669187 or equivalent Model in Siemens /Schneider /ABB/L&T. Supply , laying, testing and commissioning for 1100 volt grade XLPE insulated heavy duty cable, 50 sqmm 3.5 core, strip armoured with aluminium stranded conductor overall PVC sheathed laid in trenches /pole/ along wall complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation & Earthwork shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply , laying, testing and commissioning for 1100 volt grade XLPE insulated heavy duty cable, 16 sqmm 4 core, strip armoured with aluminium stranded conductor overall PVC sheathed laid in trenches /pole/ along wall complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation & Earthwork shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for sand filling in trenches dry and and clean sand unwashed including punning around cable for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed. [Note : Punned thickness shall be measured and paid]

M & L for well burnt bricks , laid flat ( old size) sub class B designation 75 for cable protection complete all as specifed and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc (for cable, pole stay manhole etc), in any type of soil and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm thick, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavation material n exc. 50m & deposited where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and directed.
