SPECIAL REPAIR TO MES ELECTRIC SUPPLY SUB STN AT 56 ENGR REGT, 636 EME BN, VK LINE, OLD APS AND MANDIR MARG UNDER AGE B/R-II OF GE SAUGOR

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) below or above the ground floor, not exc 15cm thickness (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) such as in cooking platform, chajja etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling, including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), any description including removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone sett paving of any description or thickness, laid bedded, and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floor and paving n exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frame (without taking off shutter from the frame), area of opening n'exc 1.5 Sqm each, removing from the site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) In order to facilitate the taking down of chowkhat or frame with holdfasts, the cost of cutting holes or dismantling of brick/stone/concrete masonry work of any description in Jambs of existing opening or removing any other fixing arrangement and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 as required so as to re-fix the holdfasts of new chowkhat or frame shall deemed included in quoted unit rates. (ii) Hold fast / fasteners shall be measured and paid separately in respective item hereunder.

Taking down chowkhat or frame (without taking off shutter from the frame), area of opening exc 1.5 sqm and n'exc 4.00 sqm each, removing from the site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- In order to facilitate the taking down of chowkhat or frame with holdfasts, the cost of cutting holes or dismantling of brick/stone/concrete masonry work of any description in Jambs of existing opening or removing any other fixing arrangement and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 as required so as to re-fix the holdfasts of new chowkhat or frame shall deemed included in quoted unit rates. (ii) Hold fast / fasteners shall be measured and paid separately in respective item hereunder

Dismantling posts or struts embedded in Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering cement plaster, 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:6, finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 20mm thick cement plaster on brick / concrete/ stone surfaces in two coat (Ist coat 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and 2nd coat 5mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid WPC @ 200ml Per litre) , finished surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed. Note:-WPC will be paid separately under respective item.
