Material and labour for checking of leakage in chillar refrigerant line of AC Plant with the help of Nitrogen gas and repairing/blocking of leakage with copper brazing or block the leakage pipe of condensor including testing on completion to the satisfaction complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (a) The unit rate quoted by biddes is deemed to be inclusive of the cost of Nitrogen/ CO2 gas used for leakages test and pressure test prior to filling/ charging of gas.

Note: Item No. 100 & 101: 2 Runs of main wire and 1 run of earth wire shall be measured and paid as 1 unit run.

Material and labour in attending complaints for non functiong/fault of AC Plant / AHU/ Cooling Tower/LT Panel any type any capacity (the acessories required at site shall be measurement seperately under relevant item of BOQ) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
