Lifting up submersible pump set of any capacity alongwith MS/ GI column pipe flanged 150 mm dia from bore well at different locations including submersible cable upto 25 sqmm, 3 core and dismantling cable joints etc. upto 50mtr depth complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Submersible cable, column pipes to be stacked at a suitable place at TW/pump house for inspection preparing new zinc (or galvanised) surfaces to receive painting, by coating with mordant solution including washing and cleaning, etc and painting with synthetic enameled paint. (ii) All T&P shall be arranged by the contractor. (iii) All items taken out from TW/Pump Houses shall be kept in well secured places and shall be the responsibility of the contractor till the machines are not made functional. (iv) Contractor must repair Submersible Pump Set within 24 Hours after receiving the complaint, failing which contractor is liable for a penal recovery of ₹ 2500/- per day after expiration of 24 Hours.

All as per srl item No 1 here-in-before but column pipe upto 50 mm dia.

Lowering of submersible pump set of any capacity alongwith MS column pipe exceeding 50 mm dia but not exceeding 150 mm dia, making flanged joints, cable connections and providing binding dori for fixing and packing of submerssible cable all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of motor pump set for inspection and identification of serviceable and unserviceable parts for repair and overhauling and reassembling after replacement of unserviceable parts complete upto 25-50 HP submersible pumping set complete all as specified and directed. Make of pumps :- Calama/BS/ kirloskar/CRI/Amrut/SSI. Notes:- (a) Rate quoted for the this item shall include labour charges for the refixing of serviceable parts and fixing of new parts. (b) The spare parts shall be measured and paid for seprately under supply only item.

(b) Contractor rep will report on all working days to AGE E/M yard for taking complaints. (c) Complaints will be rectified within 48 hrs or otherwise contractor shall be liable for a recovery of Rs. 1000/- for delay in completion of complaints.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate elecrode of size 60 cm x 60cm and 6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5 mtr below the ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level. Earth plate surrounded by 15mm thick packed alternative layers of charcoal dust and comman salt, earth lead GI strip 25 mmx 4 mm by means of bolts , nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron with thimbles. Testing and developing the bore well by means of Air compressor of 5000 PSI till sand free clear water discharge is obtained to achive maximum yield of suitable capacity for first 30 hours running complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (a) All T&P/equipments for testing shall be arranged by the contractor and all expense on this account shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. (b) The contractor shall submit the test report duly signed by both parties before release of payment of this BoQ item.

Supply, laying, testing in replacement of under ground cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade of cross section area 95 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cable shall be replaced from LT Panel near transformer to LT panel inside the Pump House.
