Special repair of Road from Bldg No P-666 to Bldg No P-710 at Sinhagad Enclave, Brichgunj Mil Stn, Sri Vijaya Puram

Repair to pot holes any depth not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good applying tack coat at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm of Bitumin VG-10 and putting in SDAC of VG -30 as specified for required thickness as per Ground Condition and rolled with 8-12 ton power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient etc complete as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M & L for premix bituminuos macadam (consolidated thickness not more than 75mm )with 4% binder content of paving bitumen of grade (VG -30) by weight of total mix laid and rolled with 8-12 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber up to the outer edges of roads on existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.:- Note :- Cost of testing charges, materials and transportation etc for job Mix formula shall be inclusive in the unit rate and No extra payment shall be admissible on this account. Mix shall be obtain from hot mix plant and spreading shall be done by using mechanical paver only.

M&L for preparing Black top bituminous macadam surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with and including paving bitumen of VG- 10 at the rate of 5kgs per 10 Sqm of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete by job mix formula 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content VG-30 by weight of total mix, by hot mix process and laid by mechanical paver,rolling with 8-12 ton power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient etc complete as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for preparation of road surfaces and applying termoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimunm 2.5mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking in white/yellow (approved colours) colour & shade of 150/100mm width using 'HOT MARK' termoplastic modern propelled road marking machine incl all ingredients such binder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate inter fillers termoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be as per table No. 800.4 of MORTH specification incl spraying glass beads etc all as per manufacturers instructions and complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing the rubbish off the premises all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Demolition of PCC in Ground floor or paving n exc 15 cm thick above or below groung level all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
