2)Supply&installation of Refrigerated Air Dryers Capacity 300 CFM, Max. Working Pressure16 Kg/Cm2, Connected Load 1.6 KW, Ref. Gas R­22, Pressure Dew Point 2­ 4 oC, Max. Inlet Temp 45 oC, Compressors, Dew Point Meter & Accessories reputed make.

3)Design, manufacturing, supply, testing, installation and commissioning air receiver with accessories as per the following specification, 3.1 Capacity : 3000 Litres 3.2 Type : vertical air receiver 3.3 Working pressure: 10 bar 3.4 Design pressure: 11 bar 3.5 Test pressure: 16 bar(will be witnessed by our representative) 3.6 Design temperature: 60 oC 3.7 Material of construction: IS 2062 3.8 Inside painting: 2 coats of black bituminous 3.9 Outside painting: 2 coats of red oxide + 2 coats of hammer tone paint. Accessories: Pressure gauge: 1 no, Temperature gauge: 1 no, Safety valve: 1 no, Auto drain valve: 1 no, Manhole: 1 no, Flanged connections for compressed air inlet & out let flanges.

4)Supply & installation of Pre filters( 2nos.for installation & 4nos. as spares) as per following specification- MOC: Aluminium Pressure Die Casting, Filter element: Borosilicate, Capacity: 300 CFM, End connection: 1-1/2”inchBSP, Particle removal: 1µ, Pressure loss not more than: 0.03 Kg(f)/Cm2, Maximum oil carryover: 5 mg/m3.

5)Supply & installation of After filter/Fine filters( 2nos.for installation & 4nos. as spares) as per following specification- MOC: Aluminium Pressure Die Casting, Filter element: Borosilicate, Capacity: 300 CFM, End connection: 1-1/2” inch BSP, Particle removal: 0.01µ,. Pressure loss not more than: 0.1Kg(f)/Cm2,, Maximum oil carryover: 0.01mg/m3.

6)Supply & installation of Activated carbon filter for oil removal(2nos.for installation & 4nos. as spares), Quantity: 6 nos. as per following specification- MOC: Aluminium Pressure Die Casting, Capacity: 300 CFM, End connection: 1-1/2” inch BSP, Maximum oil carryover: 0.003 mg/ m3, Maximum working temperature: 90 oC, Pressure loss not more than: 0.06 Kg(f)/ Cm2

7)Spare parts for variable speed oil injected rotary Screw air compressor for 2 years continuous operation- Lubricant (Suitable for the above oil injected Screw Air Compressors.)
