M&L for Hiring of a Power Transformer of cap 3.15MVA 33/11 KV on a temporary basis for a period of 02 (Two) months to ensure uninterrupted power supply at 33 KV MRS at Sriganganagar Mil Stn. Notes:- The following works are included in this quoted rates. *Transportation, loading/unloading and installation at site. *Testing & commissioning before energization. *Provision of all required accessories, oil and safety equipment. *Operation & maintenance support during the hiring period. *Fault rectification if any will be the responsibility of the contractor and fault shall be rectified within 5-6 hours. Terms & Conditions 3.1. The transformer shall be in healthy working condition and meet all relevant standards. 3.2. Necessary test certificates (IR Value, oil test reports etc) must be provided before commissioning. 3.3. All safety norms and statuary requirements shall be strictly followed. 3.4. Any breakdown during the hiring period shall be attended immediately by the agency. 3.5. Payment shall be made as per agreed rates after satisfactory completion of the work period. 3.6. The hiring period may be extended bases on requirement with mutual consent.
