Material & labour for making PCC foundation and platform for PAC Units and MS Stand for Air cooled fan and making wall opening for ducting, piping and cabling etc. includinq making good the disturb surface as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply ,installation ,testing and commissioning step down 11/0.433 KV (at no load ) transformer 3 phase, 4 wire AC, 50 cycles,100 KVA copper wound, outdoor type,EE level-2 with offload manual tap charging arrangement (gear type) on HT side to very secondary voltage up to minus 7.5% for 7 steps @ 3 % including suitable cable entry boxes on both sides to recive HT and LT cable complete in all respect with standared accessories and fitments confirming to IS -1180 latest connection complete all as specified and directed Temperature of oil shall not rise to 35 Degree centigraded to ambient and 40 degree centigrade of winding, Transformer shall be painted with two coated of smoke grey epoxy paint confirming to IS 632. Note:-(a) Transformer shall be oil immersed naturally/self cooled (ONAN) with external cooling tybes/radiator, double wound,copper winding, core type, MS radiator cooled tank complete with first fill of transformer oil of dielectric strength not less than 60 KV as per IS-335 with test certificated and Star BEE level following:-

(i) Rating and diagram plate (ii) Lifting Lugs (iii) Air release vent with plug (iv) Conservator with oil indication (v) Mild steel wheel with oil indication (vi) Silica gel breather assembly with first filling of silica gel (vii) Oil temprtature gauge and washout plug (viii) Complete with under/lover voltage cut off.

Excavation in trenches in soft & loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes etc. including removing cable protection PCC covers/ bricks & stacking serviceable covers / bricks for reuse and disposal of unserviceable covers within 50 m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Excavation shall be made carefully in order to avoid damage of existing cables and protection covers (ii) The excavation work shall be carried out in short lengths for locating fault in under ground cables at different locations.

All as per item No 30 here-in-before but exc 1.5 deep and n.exc 3 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in (soils) including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of 25 cm thick after the cables etc. are laid, jointed and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated spoil (Soils) not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material & labour for sand filling with clean dry find sand unwashed including gently pun ning around cables in trenches/ducts for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note. Only punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supplying & Laying un-reinforced factory made pre cast flat concrete cable protection cover of class HV, type I, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, jointing and testing cable jointing kit of 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination, Heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm to 185 Sq mm including taking down old unserviceable cable jointing kit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, erecting and fixing in true vertical position, steel tubular swaged pole (410 SP – 55), 11 mtr long, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap / finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, welded reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire length of pole with and including 2 coats of black bituminous paint externally upto planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole finished with one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note. Earthwork, PCC work in foundation& coping of pole, Cross arms, danger notice board and anti climbing device shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for fabrication cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, driling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat and two under coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, installation and testing 11 KV outdoor type , gang operated Air-break switch triple pole mechanically operated ,mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level with suitable dia of GI pipe (Med. grade) operating rod of suitable length with an ON-OFF position capacity 200 amps with dropout fuse & 12 insulator connected with new ACSR conductor (jumper) duly Logged incoming and out going with Steel nut bolts and washers complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-1 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation of the pole including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded black trap/granite/basalt stone aggregate) for coping of the pole including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 4.5 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 3.75 meter below ground level) connected to GI strip 32 x 6mm main earthing lead by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers with connected to earth test point & to main switch board /panel etc. all as specified and testing on completion with and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, earth electrode, earthing lead from electrode to equipment/substation/panel etc, adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt, test point terminal block made out of phoshper bronzein sheet steel box, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) for earth pit with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) 40mm thick cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia round bar handle, GI light grade watering pipe 20 mm dia with funnel and wire mesh, and 40 mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply ,laying, jointing and testing 11 KV (Earthed), aluminium conductor, screened, XLPE insulated, armoured shielded and PVC sheathed cables conforming to IS 7098 (Part-II) amended upto date having cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Earth work, sand cushioning, pipe and PCC cable protection cover shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply, laying, jointing and testing cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 Sq mm 3.5 Core. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Lightening arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 KA on 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing on HT pole danger notice plate for HT 11KV/33KV of size 25 cm x 20 cm , 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enameled white with letters, figure and conventional skull & bones “DANGER” etc. in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps made out of 25mmx3mm MS flat iron, nut, bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commission ing and testing of LT panel cubical type Outdoor type made out of 16 gauge MS sheet floor mounted vermin and weather proof type factory made conformin g to IP-42 protection and angle iron of size 40x40x6mm covered from all sides and also four Nos legs 45 cm long of angle iron 40x40x6mm with front openable door complete with one coat of powder coated over a one coat of red oxide primer including connecting with single core suitable size of copper wire and copper bus bar of 300 Amp capacity duly installed/ embedded in PCC 1:2:4 block of size 30x30x30cm with colour code tape and totally enclosed in separate chamber.
