SCHEDULE 'A'

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of cables, pipes, foundation for poles etc. and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated materials at a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix galvanised iron pipes medium grade ISI marked with all required necessary fittings complete laid in trenches / wall/ ceiling of 100 mm dia all as specified and as directed. Note :- Necessary excavation & earth work, RF&R and removal items shall be measured and paid vide relevant items of this schedule.

Supply and fix CI sluice valve of pressure Class PN - 1.6 flanged, 100 mm dia and drilled at both ends conforming to IS 14846 with ISI mark, having steel spindle and gunmetal rings including wheel for operation all as specifed and all jointing materials, bolts, nuts, washers, etc, all as specifed and as directed including dismantling and taking up unserviceable of the following sizes complete:-

All as per item No.11 above but 80 mm bore.

S&F gun metal globe / gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed of size 50 mm bore

All as per item No.13 above but 40 mm bore

All as per item No. 13 above but 25 mm bore

M&L for construction of brick masonry pits for valve chambers of internal size 600 mm x 600 mm x 600 mm using 23cm thick brickwork including 3mm thick MS sheet cover fixed on 10 cm thick PCC 1: 2 : 4 coping with 40 mm x 40 mm x 6mm angle iron, double side open and including hold fasts, locking arrangement ertc and applying two coats of synthetic enamel painting over one coat red oxide of primer on steel surfaces , including 100 mm thick PCC 1 : 4 : 8 bed concrete , the internal surfaces shall be plasted with 15 mm thick cement plaster in cm (1:4) on brick surfaces, including formwork for coaping, excavation & earthwork in any type of soil (ie average soil) complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) 1000 ltrs hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I and complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Valve, stop, screwed,20 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20mm Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed, complete all as specified and as directed.
