M&L for Preparing of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt/dust etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous tack coat with catonic bitumen emulsion RS-1 pressure sprayer @ 2 kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 7.5cm thick limestone, sandstone, flint or quartzite (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing of WBM/pot holes surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 @10 kg/10 Sqm on bituminious surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled,macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n.exc 400 sqm (Exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm deep) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L premix bituminous, macadam laid rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less), binder content 4 % of binder content by weight of total mix using bitumen VG-30 laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller by using mechanical paver complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete 30 mm thick consolidated thickness with VG-30 (paving bitumen) (min marshall stability 820 kg) laid in single layer with min 5.5% binder content and min 2 % cement filler mix of total mix, combined grading and mix proportion should be ascertained as per IRC:111-2009 and should be used for execution after obtaining design mix / job formula from approved lab/ CTL. Mix to be prepared through hot mix plant and laying to be done using sensor paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 -12 tonne vibratory roller complete all as specified and directed. Note - Before execution of design mix/ job mix formula should be approved by GE after verifying credentials of report obtained.

M&L for marking 2.0 mm thick center line stop line, side line etc on roads as per IRC pattern with thermoplastic paint of approved quality and made with 8% glass beads laid on the road surface at temperature 60 degree centigrade with special applicator machine with and including traffic diversion arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of HDPE (high density polyethelene) speed bumps of size 500 x 365 mm, 50 mm height of pre coloured material, UV stabilised (unfadable), studded with two highly reflective reflectors (should be moulded in PMMA material are welded with PE base plate through ultrasonic welding process and then fixed on the speed bump so that dust and water cannot tough the reflector's inside area fixed with four nails and epoxy incl with filling of hollow portion of bumps with bitumen/cement concrete each as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying microsurfacing course, comprising of dry fine aggregates conforming TYPE-II grading (4 to 6 MM) of specification as per IRC: SP-81-2008, polymer /latex modified cationic bitumen emulsion, Ordinary Portland cement as filler, chemical 1 additives and water, including proportioning, mixing and laying of microsurfacing coarse using mechanised machine and laying unit all complete as per IRC SP-81 and MORTH specifications complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing dual directional reflective cat eye of aluminium casted stud 100 x 100 mm having plastic ABS strip containing 31 mini retro reflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow one side provided with zinc plated nail of 12 mm dia and length 120 mm for fixing to road by hammering, complete all as specified and as directed. Cat part No-GPL 01-02 CAT EYE AL(31B) of Greenlite/ Cat part No OS-785 Make Oscaror equivalent in Dark eye/Road star / Siner Infrastructure.
