M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary form work in first floor and ground floor. Exposed surface of concrete shall be finished even and smooth without using extra cement

Material and labour for removal of exisitng WPT course or any other kind of treatment surfaces over roof slab and cleaning of surface with wire brushes removing of unsolvent materials and depositing of the same as directed at a distance not exceeding 50 m and applying of oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.20 Kg/sqm and providing 4 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 160 gms / sqm incl minimum 10 cm side over laps and 15 cm end lap torch sealed and bonded as per detailed procedure on note NO 6 of TD drawing No AFB/TD/260/06 sheet No 1/1 (R) and applying a coat of blown grade @ 1.2 Kg / sqm hot bitumen 90/15 on top of the memberane finished with solar pain/primer @0.1 Kg per sqm all as specified and as directed. Note : The work shall be carried out only through manufacturer or their authorised applicator and a written guarantee for work shall be submitted by the contractor all as specified and directed.
