Supply of. HT cubicle type panel suitable for housing 100 kVAr/3.3 kV/3 phase capacitor for no load compensation of transformer. The panel will be made from 14/16 SWG-sheet steel, dust & vermin protected, duly powder coated in Siemens grey shade. The panel will have aluminium bus bars/ links for fixing protective fuses and cable end box for cable termination.
Supply of 100 kvar 3.3 kv, 3 ph. HT Capacitor bank for fixing in HT Panel. The capacitor bank will be complete with terminal cover, mounting frame of angle iron, post insulators.
Supply of 70A, 3.3 kV HT HRC fuses for protection of capacitor banks of the transformer.
Supply of XLPE Insulated 95 sq. mm, 3 core, aluminium armoured cable, 3.3 KV grade.
Laying of XLPE Insulated, 95 sq. mm, 3 core, aluminium armoured cable, 3.3 KV grade with necessary hardware as required at site.
Making of end terminations with joint kit/brass compression glands and aluminium lugs etc. as required at site
Installation of above-mentioned HT fixed capacitor panel with necessary hardware and civil work, if any. The work also includes earthing of capacitor bank panel with GI wire/strip etc. as required at site.
Testing & commissioning of HT Capacitor panel as described above as per required parameters including following: i. Continuity and earth test. ii. Meggering of all equipment for phase to phase, and phase to earth. iii. Charging of capacitors banks iv. monitoring of power factor of the system to achieve target power factor
