Add extra for Providing M-50 grade concrete Interlocking Blocks in place of M-30 grade. 100mm thick Blocks.

Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide.

Production & Supply of kandhal readymade cold bituminous patching mix in 50kg plastic lined, sturdy bags for repair of potholes in adverse climatic condition including the bituminous mix with a minimum of 5.6% MC-800 Cutback Bitumen (containing a suitable antistripping agent) by weight of mix and in strict conformance to gradation and other requirements such as 6-month storage life as per the attached specification, transportation with all lead and lift complete in all respects as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Labour charges for placing and compacting kandhal readymade cold bituminous patching mix in potholes in adverse weather including cleaning of potholes, placing and compacting the mix, sprinkling sand to prevent pick up by traffic and documentation of patches, with all leads and lift complete in all respects as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of Single Molded twin Shank Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97-DO III Dt 11.06.1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 100 mm and 100 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35+/-5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 700 Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer‘s recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. (manufactured from 3M, Avery or equivalent)

Providing & Fixing of median marker made of tough high impact resistance injection moulded thermo plastic body with an isosceles trapezoidal structure of length, height & width not less than 12cm, 10cm respectively and thickness not less than 1.8mm. The median marker shall have flourescent yellow colour retro reflective sheeting of size not less than 8.5cm X 8.5cm and with fully reflective micro prismatic as its retro reflective elements and meet ASTM D4956-09 Type XI specification. The retro reflective sheeting shall be on both the sides of the median marker and shall be as protected with no exposed edges that prevent edge lifting, vandalism, sheeting damage etc. The median marker shall be fixed with a combination of epoxy adhesive and grouting etc. complete as directed by the Engineer -In-Charge. (manufactured from 3M or equivalent).

Providing cutting, hoisting and fixing in position including fabrication of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel sheet (ACP) made of two aluminium sheet of 0.50mm thick each having a distance of 3.00mm filled with rubber polymer to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge confirming to various concerned ASTM standards includes nuts and bolts/ riveting.

Supplying and fixing of micro prismatic retro reflective sheeting confirming to type XI of ASTM D4956, shall be pressure fixed to the full face of the ACP sheet as back ground sheet (in approved colour) and the top layer will be overlaid with electro cut transparent film of approved make and colour to create the desired road sign including cutting, cleaning and pasting etc. Complete as per design, drawing and direction of engineer in charge. (Payment shall be made for flat area of sheet), Make 3M/Avery Dennison or equivalent as approved by EIC, Confirming to type XI of ASTM D4956.

Providing and fixing in position high bond (VHB) double tape 24mm wide 2.3mm thick for jointing ACP sheet with SS/MS frame including all processes like cleaning, cutting, chemical application, pressing etc. as per sample approved by the engineer-in-charge.

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish : 12mm thick .

Painting Two Coats on New Concrete Surfaces Painting two coats including primer coat after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new, plastered / concrete surfaces as per drawing and MoRTH Specification Clause 801.

Marking Centre Line and stop lines etc. on road as per IRC pattern with thermoplastic paint of approved quality and make with 8% glass beads laid on the road surface at temperature 160" C with a special applicator machine complete with a special applicator machine complete with labour material and traffic diversion arrangements.

Supply of ‘L’ type Bollard made out of 1.25 mm thick M.S. sheet height 134 cm, welded in circular type ring section having upper dia 15 cm. and lower dia 21 cm with another attachment of 15x15 cm circular section with 15 cm. face plate and hold fast at bottom, whole body is processed in white stoving enamel and red reflective 3 hands, each of 7.5 cm end one reflective sheet of 15 cm. dia provided to it complete in all respect.

Providing & Fixing of Vicro Spring Post made of Flexible PU UV Stabilized, Excellent ESCR, No rust No chip, size 80X750 mm with round 3 no radium tape desinbed for max ageing resistance under sunlight having upper dia 15 cm. and lower dia 20 cm with another attachment of 15x15 cm circular section with 15 cm. face plate and hold fast at bottom as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Providing & fixing 3M radium tape of approved colour & Design complete in all respect as per instruction by Enginner in Charge.

Supplying, fitting, and placing TMT bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and MoRTH specifications Clauses 1009,1600 and 2302.

Compacting Original Ground Compacting original ground supporting embankment Loosening, Levelling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Tables 300-1 and 300-2 for embankment construction as per MoRTH Specification Clause 305.3.4.

Pavement milling (cold planning, asphalt milling, or profiling) of existing all kinds of bituminous surfaces (Mastic, DBM, BC, SDBC, SMA, PMC etc.) with specially designed equipment up to the specified depth of bituminous layer as per designed level & grade, including disposal of milling material with all lead (minimum 20 km from site) and lift complete as per specification. The surface shall be free of bumps, ruts, and other imperfections including the arrangement of traffic diversion if required. Milling material recovered, shall be loaded directly onto trucks/trolleys from the milling machine & shall be the property of the contractor. The milled road surface shall be swept clean prior to opening to traffic. The milling machine is power-operated, self-propelled, and self-sufficient in power, traction, and stability to remove a thickness of BT surface to a specified depth. The machine should be able to provide a uniform profile and cross slope, and capable of accurately and automatically establishing profile grades along each edge of the machine by referencing from the existing pavement without damaging the bottom CC surface if any. The machine should have an automatic system for controlling grade elevation and cross slope etc.

Providing & Fixing of ABS Plastic rectangle crumb of Size 250mm X 125mm X 28mm fixing with nail and vicro epoxy at interval for prevent of accident require both side reflector of specific size with visibility at least 100mtr.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete in superstructure as per drawing and MoRTH specifications Clauses 1700, 2302 and 2304. R.C.C M 25.
