M&L dressed granite or trap / Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm nominal size of graded course aggregate) Kerb stones roughly squared stones of size 20cm x 30 cm, so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 6mm for top and exposed surfaces of sides and 20mm for the rest of surfaces jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and struck finish.

Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.

Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.

Material and Labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300 mm x 200 mm/ 450mm x 350mm x 7 mm thick as on vertical surfaces , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile over and including 10 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.

Material and Labour for Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick, machine cut, bedded and jointed in grey cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite including grinding and polishing over and including 15 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.

Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.
