Supply,Design, Manufacture,Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Automatic Servo Transformer including oil colled floor mounted type weather terminated dust proof powder coated oil tank with M.V. Automatic control panel board of 14 SWG M.S. Sheet and M.S. Angle with enclosure, required nos. of copper multi stand wire winding with required current ratings including user inter face LED display, Low voltage and High Voltage cut off, Auto re-start with time delay, over load relay, single phase preventor, and required nos. of 8 pin bottle type persistence relays for controlling of safety measures with required no. of on / off switches, indication lamps for indicating present position and 96 mm x 96 mm voltmeter digital type and 96 mm x 96 mm Ammeter digital type and internal panel wiring suitable for low voltage operation at the wide range of 245 V to 500 V of connected induction to load.

Supply and delivery of 1.1 KV grade 3 core x 185 sq.mm cable armoured aluminium conductor cross linked poly ethylene insulated PVC sheathed cable as per IS 7098 (Part I)/1988 with ISI marking

Laying the above cable as per I.E. rules (

Jointing of the above L.T. cables 3 core x 185 sq.mm 1.1 KV grade Armoured Aluminium conductor cable confirming to IS1554 Part I with ISI marking including jointing materials lugs,clamps,etc

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth , shales, murams,gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small boulders and hard gravelly soil (SS 20B)

Supply and filling the foundation and basement with clear river sand in layers complying with standard specification including consolidation and watering etc. complete and as directed by TWAD Board Officers.

Levelling course with P.C.C 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and eigth course aggregate) using 40 mm H.B.G stone including mixing concrete, laying, curing and compacting of concrete etc., complete and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement, one and half sand, three course aggregate) using 20mm size hard blue granite stone (machine crushed) for beam and roof slab excluding cost of reinforcement, fabrication and placing the grills in position and excluding cost of centering, shuttering, strutting but including curing and finishing mixing concrete using machanical mixer machine and compaction by machanical vibrator etc., complete and as directed by TWAD Board Officers.
