M & L for taking down carefully electric motor upto15 HP, 3 phase 415 V, 50 HZ, AC from foundtion/ coupling, removal of electric connection, opening the motor, cutting and removing the burnt windings, cleaning the stator and rotor with cleaning agent, rewinding the motor with appropriate gauge of super enamelled copper wire of approved make, insulating the winding with same class of insulation, incl replacment of taper roller bearing, ball roller bearing etc if required, supply and replacement of base foundation nuts and bolts and re-installing the motor and connecting to the pump, testing the motor for satisfactory performance complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The rates are included the minor/ major parts which are required to make a motor fuctional complete.

Material and labour for construction of stone masonary valve pit size 90x90x120 cm (internal dimension) built in cement mortal 1:4 incl plastering 20mm thick internally and externally in CM 1:4 PCC 1:4:8 TYPE D-2 15 Cm thick in foundation extending 10cm beyound external faces of wall around PCC flooring 1:2:4 type B-1, 40mm thick cover made out of 3.15mm thick MS round bar and locking arrangement with lock 2 keys . MS sheet cover should be painted with two caats of enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cleaning and washing of inside portion of RCC overhead reservoir round/square type of capacity 50000 to 100000 gallons including removing of sand /mud and fungus formation etc with wire mesh brush, bleaching powder and deposited to 50 mtr away from the O/T and white wash the total inside the tank and write cleaning date and due date. All as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Following work amount will be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate ( No extra payment will be given to contractor ) 1. Drain out the water by using exit valve or own high capacity dewatering system. 2. Fresh water cleaning by high pressure jet pump. 3. Cleaning the floor of the water tank by industrial vaccum cleaner..

Cleaning of MS water tank of capacity 50000Gln by scrubbing the outer and inner surface and removing the sludge from the tank before commencing the water supply in the season and painting the same with one coat of red-oxide primer on inner surface of tank and and two coats of black bituminous paint on inner surface and one coat on outter surface all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Flushing of tube well bore with compressed air by using air compressor for pumping muddy water continuously 8 Hrs without break complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Compressor of CFM with minimum 10 Kg/ cm² pressure to be used for flushing.

Supply & Fix in replacement fully automatic star delta Submersible pump starter in sheet steel enclouser suitable for 25 HP pump set , 3 phase , 415 volt , 50 Hz , with maximum overload relay range 24-39 Amp , contactor rating 40 Amp having overload , single phasing , phase reversal , phase imbalance ,dry run and short circuit protection , Ammeter meter and voltmeter , On/Off and trip indication including making all electrical connection to run the pump all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Star Delta Starter with over load protection 3 phase 415V with complete accessories as per standard specification for operating upto 15 HP submersible pump/motors including necessary connections and testing on completion all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Star Delta Starter with over load protection 3 phase 415V 50 HZ with complete accessories as per standard specification for operating upto 5 HP submersible pump/motors including necessary connections and testing on completion all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Oil immerssed Star Delta Starter with over load protection 3 phase with complete accessories as per standard specification for operating upto 60 HP motors including necessary connections and testing on completion all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
