Taking down chowkhats or frames n.exc 1.50 sqm with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats of frames exc 1.50 sqm but n. exc 4.0 sqm with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) all as specified and directed.

Taking down door shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm & n.exc 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, all as specified.

M&L for ceramic coloured tiles (square /recetangular) polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm as in floors etc, over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement, including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), all as specified and directed.

Ditto- as per item No 5 but in vertical surface as skirting, dado and risers to steps over and including10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 etc.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick joint free area of each tile exceeding 0.09 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement. including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), all as specified and directed.

Ditto- as per item No 7 but in vertical surface as skirting, dado and risers to steps over and including10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 etc.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7mm / 450x350x7mm/600x300mm thick, , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 10mm thick in CM (1:4) and finished rough, complete including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), all as specified & directed. (Note - Tiling work to be done in patches including forming hole in tiles where required over making good wall surface.

M&L 20 to 25 mm thick pre-polished machine cut Kota stone slab as in flooring over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, laid over cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of slab including molding the edge of slab complete all as specified and as directed.
