Supplying, laying, connecting, testing and commissioning XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power earthed cable, 6.35/11 KV (E) grade, heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm 3 core, conforming to IS 7098 (Part-II) laid in cable trenches/ ducts/ wall/ surfaces/ pipe including compression gland, lugs, as required at site compllete all as specified and directed.

NOTES for Item Nos. 25 (25.01 to 25.12) & 26: (a) Pre-despatch inspection and testing shall be done by the officer detailed by Accepting Officer. All testing shall be performed as per relevant IS. (b) Testing for IR and continuity shall be recorded before and after laying of cable. (c) Suitable glands and aluminium lugs for end termination of cable shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. (d) Straight through joints be permitted only after approval by GE without any extra cost to department. Cable shall be ordered after physical measurement on ground. (e) Excavation, earthwork, sand, cable protection covers and GI pipe required shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule. (f) Cable shall be laid in trenches/ fixed to MS structural bracket including clamps, gland, lugs etc.

S & F danger notice plate for HT of size 25 cm x 20 cm and 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones and written with words "DANGER 11 KV" in English, Hindi & Marathi in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nuts of approved size, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for river sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cable (below, above and around the UG cable laid in trenches) of 23 cm spread thickness (8cm in depth before laying the cable and 15cm in depth after laying the cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 18mm thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Only punned thickness of sand shall be considered for measurement purposes.

Supplying and fixing burnt bricks sub class B laid breadth-wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for protection of cable all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable cover ISI marked, class HV, type 1, flat size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm M-20 grade concrete duly embossed with "HT CABLE 11 KV", laid lengthwise perpendicular to the axis of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI tubing light grade for protection of cable fixed in wall or laid in trenches, suitable for following sizes:-

Supply, install and erect in true vertical position steel tubular swaged welded poles complete with MS base plate 6 mm thick and of size 300 mm x 300mm, finial taper, pole cap, MS bolts, nuts & screws etc., pole made out of ERW M.S. tubing conforming to IS-2713 Part-II type 410 SP- 55 (11.0 meters long) HT including holes of required numbers and size for fixing of cross arms and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer over the exposed surface and applying two coats of black bituminous paint over the embedded portion of pole in concrete, painting three signal red colour bands at lower portion of exposed pole starting from pole cap each band of 300 mm height at 300 mm spacing, painting pole number by black paint in stencilled letters/figures of 8 cm height, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Excavation and PCC for foundation and coping will be measured & paid separately under relevant items of BOQ).

M&L Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps, back plates, hooks etc, fabricated from structural steel sections ( M.S. Channels, angle sections, flat, round or square bars etc) of required sizes and shapes, including bolts, nuts and washers, welding, bending, cutting cold or hot, drilling holes for inserting bolts, in any shape or size, as indicated or directed complete including painting with one red oxide primer coat, two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F HT 11 KV outdoor non-linear type lightening arrestor with mountings, accessories, complete fixed on cross arms of two pole structure/ GI flat strip and connect with same size of ACSR conductor encased in PVC alkathene pipe with all fittings connected to earth strip with nut, bolt, washer transmission class discharge capacity of 10 kilo amps and suitable for working pressure 9 KV RMS complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Gang operated air break switch off load disconnecting switch 11 KV, 200 Amps with 12 insulators, triple pole, each pole consisting of galvanised steel base HT insulator as per BSS/ISS non-ferrous knife and spring loaded contacts, arching arms of adequate section to break magnetising current complete with square shaft of Gl, adequate length for Phase separation, operating handle complete with locking arrangement with lock and key in both "OFF" and "ON" position, with suitable clamp, nuts, bolts complete for fixing on the channel, making all electric connections / Jumpers with botlle lugs commissioning and testing complete alongwith Supply and fix new drop out expulsion fuse HT 11 KV grade rating up to 50 Amps mounted on insulator and steel frame complete all heavy fuse barrel with fuse element complete set conforming to IS: 1818 as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge. M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of poles/ struts/ PCC platform etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded coarse aggregate for pedestal of poles, all including necessary formwork, fair finishing to the exposed surfaces using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Pin type insulator, porcelain, vitreous brown or green including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washer and one GI nut, 150mm height and 150mm dia for 11KV grade complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Disc insulator, porcelain, vitreous 150mm high and 150mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green two in series assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors working pressure 11KV including galvanised steel fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of MS bars (round, square or flat), 12mm dia round bar made out of 40 x 6mm MS flat including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole spike welded to flat iron bolts, nuts, washers including one primer coat, one under coat and two finishing coats of silver aluminium paint including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for aluminium conductor steel reinforced of adequate size not less than weasel for HT overhead line on PCC pole, stretching without kinks ad bends including winding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F weather proof hot press SMC street light junction box of size 250 x 250 x 155 mm depth including MCB SP 6 Amps and connecting terminal 4-way of suitable current rating and fixing with street light poles (steel) using necessary MS clamps, nuts, bolts, washers etc of suitable size all as specified and directed.

M & L for Disconnecting/ dismantling in position of 11 KV distribution transformers & Shifting of Spare Transformer of any capacity up to 400 KVA from 3 TTR substation to new Substation by using crane and necessary connections from both HT/ LT cables all as specified and directed. Note: Trasportation for shifting to the required site and required T&P like crane etc are to be arranged by contractor and rate for the same shall be deemed to be included in the item.

M&L Boring of holes under roads/railway crossing, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology adopting HDD technology in normal/ hard/ rock soil with minimum 8 inches bore and using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 110 mm dia suitable for 0.4 MPa working pressure without any damage to existing structure and making good to match with the adjoining surfaces/structure including bentonite shall be put external around the cable with HDPE pipe as per cable laid complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading stone aggregates of 40 mm size at/ around Electrical outdoor installation yard, 11 KV substation, near DP structure etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Measurement shall be stack measurement when the stone aggregates are brought at site)

Notes for item Nos. 46.00 to 55.00 :- (a) Panel manufacturer should have in house powder coating plant with minimum 8 tanks pretreatment of MS sheet facilities, dust free spray paint booth. (8 tanks pretreatment process includes: degreasing/ water rinsing/ de-rusting/ water rinsing/ activation/ phosphating/ water rinsing / passivation). (b) Thickness of powder coating shall not be less than 80 microns and test certificate for powder coating shall be furnished along with LT Panel. (c) Pre-dispatch inspection shall be carried out by the authorized representative of Accepting Officer. In case of any deviation from approved drawing, the same shall be rejected and fresh LT Panel shall be fabricated by the manufacturer. Testing shall be done at manufacturer's premises and all routine tests like IR and continuity tests shall be performed / recorded in presence of authorized representative of Accepting Officer. (d) All the electrical switchgears like MCCBs, MCBs and ACBs should be of same make.

M & L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination, heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories complete all as specified and directed suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm. Note: Rate quoted by the contractor is deemed to be inclusive of lugs, nuts, bolts and washers etc.

Note for item No. 58.00 :- The quoted rate shall be deemed to include for protection pipe, GI water pipe, wire mesh, funnel, excavation, RCC pit cover, PCC, Test point, 32 x 6mm copper from top of earth plate upto 5m above ground level and if GI protection pipe is less than 5m, no price adjustment shall be made.

Supply and fix duly painted cable route marker made up of aluminium cast material 150mm dia Round plate of thickness 5 to 6 mm and round bar of 25 mm dia duly embossed on block of PCC of size 10x10 cm with Marking embossed letter of 3 mm thickness as HT Cable / LT Cable including necessary earthwork complete all as specified and directed at site by Engr-in-Charge.
