Note:- For item above 1 to 7 (i) A qualification of skilled Lift operator should be ITI holder reputed institute or minimum 5 years experience as per policies in vongue. (ii) The cost of uniform for the empoyed staff is included in the quoted rate by the contractor.If the contractor do not provide uniform recovery of Rs 1000/- per person will be recovered (iii) Cost of reliever and cleaning lift room , cabin and lift well including necessary T&Ps all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge and shall be deemed included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (iv) Provision of printed log sheets and filling up of all records in respect of lifts should be maintained by the contractor as per direction of Engr-in-Charge and its cost shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (v) The operating staff has to check daily functionality of all machineries, control panel .Any major problem noticed shall be immediately report to JE/ Engr-in-charge. (vi) No RAR will be admitted for payment if wage register of operators along with RAR (vii) No RAR will be admitted for payment if copy of payment made through Adhar linked bank account to the operator and ensure contractor has been made min fair wages fixed by Govt of India Ministry of Labour employment and wage register duly stamped shall be submitted along with RAR/Final bill. (ix) Lift operator should be trained to rescue the passengers, if the lift become unserviceable. (x) The phone numbers of operators and concerned JE E/M will be displayed inside and out side the Lift
