Design, construction and commissioning of ETP cum STP 575 KLD for PGI Satellite Centre Una in Tehsil & Distt. Una (H.P.) based on MBR Technology including evolving of hydraulic & structural designs & drawings, planning, testing and commissioning, Operation and Maintenance for three years as per the provisions of Manual on Sewerage & Sewage Treatment published by CPHEEO Manual (Latest edition/ ammendments). The proposed ETP cum STP should be capable of treating sewage coming from the various buildings (500 KLD) and hospital effluent from various medical facilities (75 KLD). Total combined wastewater generation will be 575 KLD for that a combined and strategic treatment a ETP cum STP will be established. The sewage will be having characteristics of BOD =375 mg/litre & suspended Solids =650 mg/litre and the characteristics of treated /disposable effluent should comply with the standards as per the norms of H.P. State Pollution Control Board i.e. PH = 6.5- 9, BOD ≤ 10 mg/litre, COD ≤ 50 mg/litre, TSS ≤ 20 mg /litre, Feacal Coliform (MPN /1000 ml) <100, N - Total ≤ 10 mg/litre, NH 4 - N ≤ 5 mg/litre alongwith C/O STP Inlet Chamber, STP Screen Channel, STP Grit Channel, STP Oil and Grease Removal Unit, STP Equalization Tank with HRT 3- 5 Hrs, ETP Inlet Chamber, ETP Screen Channel, ETP Oil and Grease Removal Unit, ETP Equalization Tank, MBR Reactor, MBR Treated Water Tanks, Soft-water Water Tank, Flushing Water Tank, STP Sludge Holding Tank, Interconnecting Paths inside the premises as required, Railing and Access Ladder inside the premises as required, Blower Room, Lab cum Control Panel Room, Centrifuge Room, Chemical Storage Room, Electromechanical equipment for MBR based STP and ETP Unit, Laboratory Equipment’s (P&F), chemicals to conduct all necessary wastewater parameters including bacteriological parameters. The sludge generated from STP and ETP unit operations should have to be dewater and dried through latest technology available before disposal into the landfill. (As per Data Sheet)
