10/16 KVA SINGLE PHASE (WORKSHOP BANDA) – Dragging, Shifting, Handling of Transformer from stacking yard to repairing hall and draining of Oil into pit/drum and opening of all its accessories etc.
Opening of top cover plate by cutting of sealed Transformer top cover plate by chisel Hammer Process and taking out the core and coil assembly from the tank. Removal of Old layers (Multilayers) of Top Cover Plate by welding/gas cutting after taking out the Tank at safe area.
Dismantling core and coil assembly. Assembly of displaced core and cleaning of dust and dirt by cotton waste and wooden dust from every leaf of laminations,if required. (Welding/Brazing/Gas Cutting/Wooden Dust required for this work shall be arranged by the contractor).
(A) Reconditioning of the damaged LV leg coils (3Nos.) of T/F, old and damage DPC insulation is to removed and new DPC insulation confirming to IS: 1271/53 is to be provided on LV strip after cleaning of strip LV coil should be made as per original design/design approved by concern JE/AE. Assembly of core and coils and fitting of other parts requiring replacements such as press board etc. Making supports between adjacent section by insulation spacers barriers etc. and tapping etc (Brazing/Soldering required, shall be arranged by the contractor).
Shifting and keeping the assembled core and coils etc. In OVEN from the repairing and assembly place.
Dragging of tank from the repair hall to yard and cleaning oil and dust etc. and scrapping the rust etc. Repairing of burst body & radiator properly with welding including repairing of bended base channel.
Washing of Transformer tank with castic soda & water. Castic soda shall be provided by contractor.
Painting of inner side of transformer tank and channels with heat proof zinc chromate paint of good quality. (Berger, Nerolac, Jenson & Necholson etc) Paint material shall be provided by contractor at his own cost.
Dragging out clean empty tank from yard to repairing hall.
Taking out assembled core and coils assembly from the "OVEN" after proper magger value and shifting to repairing hall. (Meggar will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.)
Retanking of complete assembly into painted tank and Proper tightening of the assembly in the tank safely by using nut bolts and spring washer of good quality. Fitting of all accessories of the transformer including fixing of pressure release valve/bend pipe for fixing of silica gel breather and filling of oil in transformer after check of BDV as per norms. (Bend Pipe wiil be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.)
Continous Welding of top cover plate of repaired Transformer by electric welding and filling gaps wherever necessary.
(A) Painting of T/F outside with super enemal synthetic paint of YELLOW color in two coats after de-rusting and providing primer of red oxide paint etc. Paint & Painting Material shall be arranged by the contractor.
Dragging of repaired T/F upto the test cabin /testing place and making full arrangement for the testing of transformer and their re-dragging to yard and its stacking at indentified place.
(A) Punching of MS plate for unique no. 75x200x3 mm. size containing following information:-
(B) Clear punching of computerized unique no. on top cover plate of T/F with continuous welding (welding rod & required material shall be provided by contractor).
Daily cleaning of Workshop floor area, Open Shade and Open Area including the scrap material such as old paper, old pressboard, old cotton waste etc. (Wood dust, Sweeper, other required man power and T&P shall be arranged by the contractor).

Approx 45 KG as per GTP which ever is more Transformer for 250 KVA Alu. wound T/F respectively (Per Kg. rate to be Quoted)
(B) Making of LV Leg coils of same size and dimensions as old one or design approved by concern JE/AE with new wire. Approx 45 KG as per GTP which ever is more Transformer for 250 KVA Alu. Wound T/F respectively (Per Kg. rate to be Quoted)
(A) Making of HV Leg coils of same size and dimensions as old one or design approved by concern JE/AE with new wire. Approx 70 KG as per GTP which ever is more Transformer for 250 KVA Alu. Wound T/F respectively (Per Kg. rate to be Quoted)
(B) Re-Making of HV Leg coils of same size and dimensions as old one or design approved by concern JE/AE with old wire. Approx 70 KG as per GTP which ever is more Transformer for 250 KVA Alu. T/F respectively (Per Kg. rate to be Quoted).
Assembly of core and coils and fitting of other parts requiring replacements such as press board etc. Making supports between adjacent section by insulation spacers barriers etc. and tapping etc (Brazing/Soldering required, shall be arranged by the contractor).
Shifting and keeping the assembled core and coils etc. In OVEN from the repairing and assembly place.
Dragging of tank from the repair hall to yard and cleaning oil and dust etc. and scrapping the rust etc. Repairing of burst body & radiator properly with welding including repairing of bended base channel.
Washing of Transformer tank with castic soda & water. Castic soda shall be provided by contractor.
Painting of inner side of transformer tank and channels with heat proof zinc chromate paint of good quality. (Berger, Nerolac, Jenson & Necholson etc) Paint material shall be provided by contractor at his own cost.
Dragging out clean empty tank from yard to repairing hall.
Taking out assembled core and coils assembly from the "OVEN" after proper magger value and shifting to repairing hall. (Meggar will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.)
Retanking of complete assembly into painted tank and Proper tightening of the assembly in the tank safely by using nut bolts and spring washer of good quality. Fitting of all accessories of the transformer including fixing of pressure release valve/bend pipe for fixing of silica gel breather and filling of oil in transformer after check of BDV as per norms. (Bend Pipe wiil be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.)
Tightening of top cover plate of repaired Transformer by using nut, bolts and washers with proper gasket sheet.
(A) Painting of T/F outside with super enemal synthetic paint of YELLOW color in two coats after de-rusting and providing primer of red oxide paint etc. Paint & Painting Material shall be arranged by the contractor.
Dragging of repaired T/F upto the test cabin /testing place and making full arrangement for the testing of transformer and their re-dragging to yard and its stacking at indentified place.
(A) Punching of MS plate for unique no. 75x200x3 mm. size containing following information:-
(B) Clear punching of computerized unique no. on top cover plate of T/F with continuous welding (welding rod & required material shall be provided by contractor).
Daily cleaning of Workshop floor area, Open Shade and Open Area including the scrap material such as old paper, old pressboard, old cotton waste etc. (Wood dust, Sweeper, other required man power and T&P shall be arranged by the contractor).
400 KVA THREE PHASE Cu. Wound (WORKSHOP BANDA)-Dragging, Shifting, Handling of Transformer from stacking yard to repairing hall and draining of Oil into pit/drum and opening of all its accessories etc.
Opening of top cover plate by cutting of sealed Transformer top cover plate by chisel Hammer Process and taking out the core and coil assembly from the tank. Removal of Old layers (Multilayers) of Top Cover Plate by welding/gas cutting after taking out the Tank at safe area.
Dismantling core and coil assembly. Assembly of displaced core and cleaning of dust and dirt by cotton waste and wooden dust from every leaf of laminations,if required. (Welding/Brazing/Gas Cutting/Wooden Dust required for this work shall be arranged by the contractor).
