Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor & paving n.exc 15cm thickness and removal of debris from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type B2,1:2:4 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection,path etc finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor, finishing cement conrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 25mm thick type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors, finished conrete surface even and smooth with using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolation of stone slab and tiles of any discriptions or thickness in floors aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 15mm thick rendering on vertical surface of wall for laying tiles in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed in CM(1:6) set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with colour cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, set and jointed in CM (1:4) with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast PCC Chequared tiles prepolished machine pressed chemically treated for antifurgal 300 X 300mm size X 25 mm thick of approved coloured and Q design with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed for laying floor finishes in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel works of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing, conforming to Fe-410 (Grade E-250) & quality-B, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel articles such as pintle hinges, large hasps and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolts, clamps, hold fasts, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete specifically provided for colomn for Gate etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced Cement concrtete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Columns, pillars, piers,posts and struts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description exc 10cm in width or girth, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of Cement paint over a coat of primer including preparation newly plastered surfaces of wall, complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns etc rough finished surface square, rectangular on plan or polygonal complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia in stirrups, binders, spacers etc, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified and directed. Note:-The contract sum shall be arrieved at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount.
