Schedule 'A' Part-I (External Electrification Work)

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning LT Panel Board, Indoor type suitable for operation on 415 volts, AC 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz electric supply system, outer body made out of 2.00 mm thick & inner shell made out 2.00mm thick CRCA sheet, side covers with front and back hinged doors with proper locking arrangement, rubber gasket on front and back to made it dust and vermin proof, powder coated and conforming to IEC-61439 part I & II. The cubical shall have frame work bottom & 45CM long four legs of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm Angle iron Aluminium main busbar of incomer switch gear duly sleeved with heat shrink sleeve colour coated for 3 Phase , 4 wire electric supply system and control wiring with multi stranded PVC insulated copper wire size not less then 1.5 Sqmm, complete comprising with following accessories all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Feeder piller box shall be mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (with 20 mm grade crushed stone aggregate) foundation block of suitable size upto 40 cm above ground level as directed. The cost of the PCC foundation shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for the item. Note :- Panel should be TTA in accordance with IEC-61439 part I & II.

(vii) Short Circuit withstand strength. (viii) Creepage distance. (ix) Protection against electric shock and protective circuits. (x) Internal arc test as per 61641. Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of PLC based controller master monitoring & operating used defined logic to operate supply system & act as a user controlled with visual annunciator & operation of with command from redundant PCL/microprocessor for switching on & off of DG set and should be capable to over ride the system manually in case of auto failure. The system is to be provided with backup 500 VA inverter supply for delivery line motorize valve in case of power supply failure. The system will also have an HMI/Digital display monitoring of power supply information for the load management panel stsus position. The panel shall be wall/floor mounting and suitable size made of 2mm/1.6mm CRCA sheet duly powder coated. The make of control panel shall be as per OEM specification. The panel builder should be system integrators of principle manufacture of OEM and should be submit their certificate before execution of the JOB purchase vouchers from original manufacture.

Material & Labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate elect rode 600x600x3mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 3 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to copper strip 20x3mm size as earthing lead by means of soldering/brazing and bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of brass, GI protection pipe light grade 40mm bore up to test point 20mm dia GI watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC pit 1:2:4 type BI, RCC cover with suitable handle, earth pit filled with ground enhancing material i.e. mixture of copper sulphate, magnesia sulphate, graphite power etc mixed in equal quantity all around earth plate up to 150 cm and filled with vegetable soil above GEM up to ground level earth work in any type of soil all as required and directed including testing on completion. M&L in replacement for maint free chemical earthing pit for Electric Equipement/lightening protection comprising of 3 Nos copper earthing Electrode Compound filled , Length 3000mm internal strip size 32X6 Copper electrode diameter 80 mm. Fixed in Three different earth pit of size 3.3 mtr deep placed in a triangular position at a distance 3 mtr each, earth pit filled with earth gel with hardener. Soil Resistivity improvement Powder Compound (hygroscopic in nature) earth electrodes inter connected using copper strip of size 25 mm x3 mm and one test point made of copper plate of size 75x75x3mm thick connecting to all three earth pits using copper strip of size 25x3 mm with soldering or brazing all as required including boring hole for earth pits and removal of surplus soil , refilling of vegetation soil and earth pits FRP Earthing chamber cover earthing pit. Material and labour in replacement for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as mass concrete for foundation of GI tubing/Air termination rod complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour test point terminal block made of gun matel or phosphrous bronze of size 75x75x6mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8mm dia 25mm long hex, head screw complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement for aluminum strip 25x3 mm as roof conductor or down conductor or along the pole/pipe complete with saddles/ insulators made out of porcelain or fibere and fixing screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Insulators should be approved quality & backlite fixing tightly so that it does not fall of during winds / rains.

Supply and fix in replacement for copper strip 20x3 mm complete with saddles/ insulators made out of porcelain or fibre and fixing screws for roof conductor/down conductor including welding or brazing for joints complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation , testing and commissioning of Isolation transformer, three phase 50 Hz, copper wound, Oil Cooled, insulation class A, metallic body duly powder coated design for input voltage 415+-5% and output voltage 415 +-5% , Delta star, ration1:1, , Vector group DYN 11, Delta-star with first filling of transformer oil of requisite dielectric strength upto level, efficency more than 95%, with saperate neutral bushing brought out for earthing, having potential difference between neutral and earth less than one volt with all standerd fittings like digital temperature meter, lifting hooks, earthing terminals two nos of capacity 100 KVA with initial filling of oil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation , testing and commissioning of Isolation transformer, three phase 50 Hz, copper wound, Indoor type Oil Cooled, insulation class A, metallic body duly powder coated design for input voltage 415+-5% and output voltage 415 +-5% , delta star, ration1:1 vector group DYN 11, delta-star with first filling of transformer oil of requisite dielectric strength upto level ,efficency more than 95%, with saperate neutral bushing brought out for earthing, having potential difference between neutral and earth less than one volt with all standerd fittings like digital temperature meter, lifting hooks, earthing terminals two nos of capacity 30 KVA with initial filling of oil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Installation of voltage stabalizer for automatic operation, three phase , naturally oil cooled, indoor type and designed for input variation betweed 300 Volts - 480 Volts with output voltage stabalized at 415 Volt with accuracy +- 2.5%, 50 Hz and speed correction not less than 6 Volts per second, Having Nil waveform distortation,response time not exceeding 20 milli seconds,sensivity +-1%, efficency more than 96%, operating Temperature max 55 Centi indoor type, with digital metering and having suitable capacity of oil with an output 150 KVA, Including first fill of transformer oil having dielectric strength of 60 Kv with 3mm gap , construction of siiutable PCC Foundation including making of connection and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up old serviceable cable of any type/ size from existing connection , replacement of thimbles and refixing the same at old/ new position and making connections with existing equipments and making good the damaged wall/ surface to match with existing surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Most of the cable is laying in the building on wall/duct/ cable tray so earth work is almost neglected.

Excavation in trenches in exceeding 1.5 m wide and exc 1.5m depth for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc, no exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.50 in depth and getting out hard/dense soil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not less than 25 cum each layer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning to underground cable with dry sand locally available 8cm thick before laying of the cable and 15cm thick after laying and stretching the cable below the bricks/PCC cover, punning of sand using suitable T&P as per site condition, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Punned down thickness of sand shall be considered for measurement.

Material and labour sub main wiring complete with 4 runs of 10 Sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 Volts, FRLSH grade with multistranded copper conductor ISI marked drawn through PVC rigid conduit and accessories fixed on surface/wall ceiling etc including provision of 2 run of 10 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity. Note : Two runs of copper conductor and one runs of earth copper conductor shall be measured as one length.

Description all as per item No 71 above but sub main wiring using two single core PVC insulated, conduit suitable size, unsheathed FRLSH multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 2.5 Sqmm with one run or PVC (green colour) insulated, unsheathed, FRLS multi stranded copper conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fix Industrial tempura plug and socket 32 Amps, 415 Volts, three phase,5 pin, in metal enclosure with TPN 32 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing single pole and neutral enclosure with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB with 240 Volts 20 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down the defective ceiling fan of any sweep and make after disconnecting electrically & mechanically and transporting to the work shop dismantling, examine & carry out the repairs as required and brought back to site, refixing, testing in all respect for smooth running and comprising of the following :-

Servicing/overhauling the ceiling fan by thoroughly cleaning and bearing, shaft, stator, rotor & applying the lubricant/grease to the bearing including applying one coat of super enameled varnish over the winding to improve the insulation value complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Description all as per item No 76 above, but re-winding the burnt/short circuited winding with same guage supper enameled copper wire to maintain speed at load complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Description all as per item No 76 above, but applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down the repairable exhaust fan of 300mm/380mm sweep, any make, single phase 230 V, 50Hz, AC after disconnecting electrically and mechanically and transporting to the workshop dismantling, examine and carry out the repairs as required and brought back to site, refixing, testing in all respect for smooth running and comprising of the following :-

Servicing/overhauling the exhaust fan by thoroughly cleaning the bearing, shaft, stator, rotor & applying the lubricant/grease to the bearing including applying one coat of super enameled varnish over the winding to improve the resistance value.
