Supply, installation, testing & commissioning LT Panel Board, Indoor type suitable for operation on 415 volts, AC 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz electric supply system, outer body made out of 2.00 mm thick & inner shell made out 2.00mm thick CRCA sheet, side covers with front and back hinged doors with proper locking arrangement, rubber gasket on front and back to made it dust and vermin proof, powder coated and conforming to IEC-61439 part I & II. Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of PLC based controller master monitoring & operating used defined logic to operate supply system & act as a user controlled with visual annunciator & operation of with command from redundant PCL/microprocessor for switching on & off of DG set and should be capable to over ride the system manually in case of auto failure. The system is to be provided with backup 500 VA inverter supply for delivery line motorize valve in case of power supply failure. The system will also have an HMI/Digital display monitoring of power supply information for the load management panel stsus position. The panel shall be wall/floor mounting and suitable size made of 2mm/1.6mm CRCA sheet duly powder coated. The make of control panel shall be as per OEM specification. Servicing/overhauling the ceiling fan by thoroughly cleaning and bearing, shaft, stator, rotor & applying the lubricant/grease to the bearing including applying one coat of super enameled varnish over the winding to improve the insulation value complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
