Dismantling, Loading, Unloading, Transportation and Installation of 750 KVA DG Set

Dismantling of 750 KVA Capacity silent type DG set in two part with AMF Panel at old transit campus i/c Disconnecting the all Incoming and out going connections and total free from foundation of the all accessories etc. as required.

Loading of the 750 KVA DG Set and AMF Panel in two part with the help of suitable heavy equipment two nos of crane and two nos truck tarolla etc. required as per site

Carriage charges to shifting the 750 KVA DG set from old transit campus to new main campus in two part with the help of required heavy transportation equipment etc. as required.

Making the required size RCC foundation to rest the 750 KVA DG set size 6000mm length x 3000mm width and 500mm Depth etc. as required

Unloading of the 750 KVA DG Set i/c AMF Panel in two part with the help of suitable heavy equipment two nos of crane from the two nos truck tarolla and rest on the foundation etc. required as per site

Installation testing and commissioning of 750 KVA DG Set and AMF panel i/c fixing of the existing dismantling canopy and cylencer with MS frame and aluminium cladding on the existing foundation etc. as required

Servicing and overhauling of 750 KVA DG Set i/c replacement of lubricant, oil filter, air filter, rubber gasket, shoker, cylencer rope and checking all components etc. as required

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required

Earthing with copper earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 3mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoad/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25mm x 5mm copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt and spring washer spaced at 50mm).

Shifting and extending existing fancying upto 5 metre long run at both site i/c providing and fixing new angle iron and fencing same as existing matching etc. as required.

Supply of one number PVC insulated and PVC Sheathed Aluminium conductor armoured XLPE Power Cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size completed etc. as required.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE Pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. confirming to IS 14930, Part II Complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75cm below ground level) including exacavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand crushioning and protective covering etc. complete as required.

90mm dia (OD-90mm & ID-76mm nominal)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE Power cable of 1.1 KF grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/METAL/ Pipe as required. (Above 120sqmm and upto 400 sqmm) in 90mm dia (OD-90mm & ID-76mm nominal)
