NOTE (Applicable for all items) :- The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document & all corrigendum / amendments and General conditions of contracts before entrying/quoting the rates.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots incl preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on ceiling, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots incl preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surface of walls incl washing, rubbing down and stopping and applying one coat of oil bound distemper (White or tinted) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surface, complete removal of existing treatment from wall surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion,white or tinted including clearcolle on surfaces for prepatory to distempering,complete all as specified .

All as per Sl Item No 3 here-in-before but on ceiling.(Make : Asain/Berger and equivanlent of first quality)

M & L for preparation of old plastered surface of wall and applying wall care putty with approved make complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for one coat of plastic emulsion paint over old decorated surfaces of walls or ceiling of any description over 10cm girth or width,otherwise specified including preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall all as specified and as directed/manufacturers instruction.

M&L for one coat of Synthetic enemal paint over old decorated surfaces of walls of any description over 10cm girth or width,otherwise specified including preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall all as specified and as directed/manufacturers instruction.

M & L for Complete removal of existing treatment and finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm

M & L for preparation of old painted surface of wood and wood based surfaces by knotting, stopping etc of any description exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for frenh polishing (one or more coat) on old polished surface of any descripation widith or girth including cleaning and necessary preparation of old polished surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of aluminium paint over old painted steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth including necessary preparation of old treated (painted) surfaces all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl aii quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

M&L for fly ash brickwork with modular flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:4

M&L for flyash brickwork with modular flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4

Demolition of RCC Chajja,fins,facia, column edges including cutting reinforcement etc. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork to RCC Chajjas,fins,facia parapets, staircase, landing and similar items including edges and fair finished surface.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 (Nominal Mix), type B0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) including RCC Chajjas,fins,facia parapets, staircase, landing etc all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for drip mould 40mm x10mm and similar work not exc 15cm width for RCC Chajja, facia etc in CM 1:4.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints,hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement on walls

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement (including as in patches also).

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete.

M&L Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm

M&L for three coat of white wash over newly plastered surface of ceiling all as specified and directed as per manufacturers instructions.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper over Alakali resistant primer on newly plastered surfaces of walls of any description including preparation of surfaces all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (Fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs /blankets, any thickness including cover fillets, fillets etc existing electrcial wiring.

S & F powder coated anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling of grid size 605 mm x 605 mm fixed to walls with rawl plugs and screws and hung to roof members with 6 mm dia GI wire (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia. 40 mm long with and including 4 mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building designer board fixed or laid / inserted to timber / GI / aluminium frame work and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified and directed . M&L for light shade virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, for works on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified

M&L for light shade virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 , complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

Dismantling of water tank of any description or capacity/make exc 500 ltrs and n exc 1000 ltrs all as directed by EIC

Hoisting and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 1000 Litres capacity, (cylindrical vertical tanks with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet and over flow pipe and provision of wash out pipe etc

Hoisting and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 500 Litres capacity, (cylindrical vertical tanks with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet and over flow pipe and provision of wash out pipe etc

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc, from tanks of capacity exc 500 & n. exc 1000 lit and from mouths of circulating pipes et .

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes(any size), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc

S&F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends any radious bore in dia 110mm
