Taking down chowkhats or frames (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 Sqm and n. exc 4.00 Sqm, including removing unserviceable material from site, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Powder coated Pressed steel frames made of MS sheet of 1.25 mm thickness for doors with single rebate including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, hold fasts ,filling PCC (1:3:6 Co) in chowkhats , PCC 1:2:4 B1 hold fast blocks etc., complete as specified,size 105x 60mm including cutting holes and making good reqd to shape for hold fast blocks for new frame complete all as specified. ( Note :- Disturbed portion of existing floor /wall / tile / plaster etc duing fixing of chowkhats shall be repaired to match with existing finish .Cost of the same will be included in this item )

Taking down off shutters only any description exc 1.0 Sqm but not exceeding 2.00 sqm, including removing unserviceable material from site, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made flush shutters 40mm thick, solid core construction, with particle board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides with both faces are covered with decorative face veneer with 6mm thick lipping frame to match, required mongry shall be measured and paid seprately complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick glazed and skelton shutters of 2nd class hard wood (factory made) open rebated and divided to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc size of members of shutter as specified in SSR-2010 Pt-1 section 8 clause 8.20(a), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated including prepration of new wood surface ,applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer, required mongry shall be measured and paid seprately complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated aluminium glazing/ doors & shutters made out of aluminium anodised section 101.60x44.75x1.75mm for chowkats or frame & shutters made of size 81.25x38.10x1.75mm for side rails, top rails and bottom rails and including 12mm thick High Density Fibre Board pre-laminated on both sides (water proof) above and below middle/lock rail, and to be fixed with and including EPDM gasket to render the glazing, air and water tight etc. & aluminium beeds 20mm size with and including fixing required nos. of pivots/hinges and brass mortice lock (four levers) and two Nos of keys, required mongry shall be measured and paid seprately complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory made aluminium casement windows with 80 micron powder coating doubled panelled and double shutters consisting of frame of 127X38.10X1.74 mm and shutters made of 45X45X1.63mm and to be fixed with and including EPDM gasket to render the glazing, air and water tight etc. & aluminium beeds 20mm size with and including 5mm thick glass in front shutters and stainless steel wire gauge 32 Gauge in inner shutters complete fixed in all respect, required mongry shall be measured and paid seprately complete all as specified and directed.

( Note :- Disturbed portion of existing floor /wall / tile / plaster etc duing fixing of chowkhats shall be repaired to match with existing finish .Cost of the same will be included in this item )

Stainless steel tubing of 25 mm bore 1.6 mm wall thickness as in curtain rod complete incl fixing brackets, stops etc all as specified & directed as in repair . (For the purpose of mesurement and payment running length of curtain rod only shall be considered.)

Built in steel cup board shutter made out mild steel, plain back sheet 1 mm thick as in shutter and 1.25 mm thick in frame work, cut to size, holes punched, welding, riveting, turning, bending etc. as require to made it in Godrej pattern complete with hinges, fasteners, locking system, 3 lever lock, incl 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with spray machine complete all as shown on drawing incl taking down existing old wooden CB) including removing unserviceable material from site, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made pre-laminated PVC solid board 18-20 mm thick prelaminated on both sides with wooden finished on one side and white finished lamination on other side as in cup-board front shutters complete fixed in position in all respect all as specified including taking down existing damaged shutter, required mongry shall be measured and paid seprately complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs stainless steel wire cloth of 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.10mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanized wire staples or with wooden beads, screws and nuts botls etc. all as directed.

Taking down aluminium shutters area exc 1.5 sqm but n exc 4sqm greasing, oiling, gasketing , prepare to serviceable and fixed in same opening complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Aluminium door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 03 unversal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to1000mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 Kg fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down door shutters exc 1 sqm and n exc 2 sqm and replacing of unserviceable existing butt hinges and re-fixing in same opening including welding etc, all as specified and directed.
