CIVIL WORK

Clean removal of damaged old Cement Plaster from wall as directed by the departmental officers

BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5(One cement ,Five sand)using best quality stock Bricks of size 9” x 4 3/8”x 2 3/4’’ for walls including cost of scaffolding curing ,finishing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed. In ground floor Upto 4.50M height above basement.

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:5 (one cement and five M sand) 20 mm thick including cost of conveyance of all materials to site and including all labour charges for mixing laying and curing etc complete. Complying with std. specification.

Special PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20 mm thick including cost of conveyance of all materials to site and including all labour charges etc complete.

Painting old plastered wall with two coats of exterior emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

White washing two coats with best shell lime in all floors including cost of shell lime, gum, kanjee and brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting old iron works with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour in all floor including cost of scaffolding, brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting old wood works with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour in all floor including cost of scaffolding, brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and fixing in position of 4mm thick pin headed glass of approved quality and required size in the wooden window shutter by using 50% of old teak wood beeding, including cost of nail, conveyance and all labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Reinforcement Cement Concrete 1:1 ½ :3 ( one cement, one and half sand, three aggregate) using 20mm of hard broken granite stone for all RCC works using machine for mixing concrete excluding cost of centering, Strutting, shuttering, and fabrication of reinforcement and placing the grills in position etc., but including finishing and curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed. In ground floor Upto 4.50M height above basement.

Supply and fixing Solid PVC door shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock bottom rails the steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheet for paneling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x30mm. The over all size of top rail lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mmx30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mmx45mm with suitable shutter.

Supplying and fixing in position Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two sand and Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to PVC pipes (including the cost of 110mm dia CI pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The water closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing in position CI Nahini Trap / Floor Trap of the following sizes with best stainless steel gratings of approved brand and quality fixed over a bed of brick jelly lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two sand and Five brick jelly) and finished with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and Three sand) including dismantling masonry works wherever found necessary and making good the dismantled portions to the original condition and giving connection to the CI / PVC pipes, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing PVC ventilating shaft of 110mm dia (having working pressure 4 kg. / sq.cm) with 3 metre height including cost of PVC cylindrical cowl of best approved quality etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, and fixing the following size of PVC pipes of approved quality and variety conforming to pressure IS 4985. The rate is inclusive of cost of pipe, all taxes, conveyance charges of materials and all other labour charges for fixing the PVC pipe as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications. The PVC pipe should be got approved by the departmental officers before use on work.

Supplying and fixing in position best quality approved make white glazed earthenware wash hand basin of size 550 X 400 mm with a pair of cast iron brackets, including cost of 15mm dia brass chromium plated piller tap, 32 mm dia C.P. waste coupling, 32 mm dia P.V.C. waste pipe with rubber plug and chain, 15mm diameter G.M. wheel valve, 15mm dia brass nipple, 15mm dia nylon connections etc., including fixing the wash hand basin in the wall in position with a pair of C.I. brackets with teak wood plugs and screws and giving necessary water supply connection and painting the brackets with two coats of paint over a priming coat of anticorrosive paint including testing for leakage etc., complete complying with standard specifications (the wash hand basin and specials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)
