Cement concrete .1: 3: 6 mix using 29mm gauge h_and brnken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found ecessary ar\d laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted,etc., complete complying standardspecification.

Brick work using country bricks of size 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.Sand) including curing neat finishing, etc., complete complying with standard specifjction

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1: 5 (One cement and Five M.Sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with kota stone slab of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm (un-polished) in all floors laid in of cement mortor 1: 3 (one cement three M.Sand), 20mm thick and pointed with colour cement neatly including polishing with polishing stone and oxalic acid etc., so as to perfectly smooth and glossy and including hire charges for polishing machine and power consumption charges etc. The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.
